| I wouldn't say this is an entirely boring chapter. We see a new weapon that is apparently named 'Jason' (weird name huh?) as well as another SS ranked ghoul at the end there at least. I wouldn't say he is strong as the One Eyed Owl of course yet. |

| Pretty slow dialogue heavy chap ^^; I also want to see Kaneki >.< I guess seeing Suzuya's new Jason (BA scythe) and knowing there's a person who tipped CCG off 6 months ago was good at least ^^ |

| Too much dialogue in this chapter (for me) but it was interesting and that quinque was totally a badass reaper weapon. That guy in the end tho, looks pretty crazy as in Strong as fck with that goatee. |

| Kind of feel as though the mangaka introduced Jason and Suzuya (who has a thirteen tattoo) for this purpose. Should have seen it coming that he would eventually use him as a weapon. |

| Man those last couple of chapters have been a chore to read. Way too much dialogue about uninteresting and trivial stuff (I hate it when they explain the weapons and Kaguna and whatever because I can't follow it and it's just boring). The fact that it's all about characters I really don't care about (everyone in the police force) doesn't help... (not to mention the scans I found are pretty badly translated) |

| Wow, I never realized that Suzuya's pins or stitches or whatever in his hair were the Roman numerals for 13. Guess it was the author's plan all along for him to become CCG's Jason. |
| // Let me first express my slight frustration about the grammatical errors that made my brain bleed throughout the chapter because of the scanlation team I've been following's mediocre stand-in proofreader x_x // The Quinque manufacturing process has a lot of "love and care" put into it despite these weapons basically being the refashioned remains of enemy parts injected with steroids. Juuzou's new "13's Jason" will surely strike fear into the hearts of ghouls everywhere. Killing powerful ghouls and turning their Kagune into Quinque certainly sounds like trophy hunting but with actual use. Looks like there are a fair number of Ghoul Informants that snitch on their own kind. I wonder what info Amon and Akira will be able to wring out of the "Priest". |

| Jesus Christ this was a boring chapter. I can appreciate what the series is trying to do with Amon (since I do like his character) but I have no idea why they're focusing so much on the CCG instead of Kaneki (The interesting stuff) |

The weird use of speech bubbles in this manga has been annoying the hell out of me for some time, and it is particularly aggravating in this chapter. Amon speech bubble in Akira panel. Akira speech bubble in Amon panel. Ok, so I look at something like this and try to adjust to the notion that if the speech bubble has no tail, it means it belongs to someone speaking off-screen. But then I see this:  Akira speech bubble in Akira panel, but still no tail for the speech bubble and her mouth is closed. It's not exactly difficult to figure out who's saying what based on context, but why not make it easier for the reader? Why make the reader expend unnecessary brain power to process who is saying what? Why not follow the convention used by hundreds of other manga? What has the author against speech bubble tails? Rant over. |
