| Might be an easy question (might also belong on bug thread) but why'd MALgraph get banned? Last time I checked MALgraph wasn't doing anything to get in the way of MAL. If anything it's made me come to MAL a lot more. And how long will this ban be? |

| Actually, it was banned a few months ago when the Incapsula system started banning people for no apparent reason. It had a reason to ban us though - we tried to change the speed of queue processing, and probably overdid it. rr- used his server as a temporary proxy until the problem was solved, and as you can see, it's not. Our API key was whitelisted, but it looks like the permaban has higher priority. Or maybe there was something we're not aware of. |
| Well THIS just sucks... Ah well. It's not like I've finished any series in the last few days or anything. So who do we need to buy beer for in order to get this ban lifted? Sure, jimmies may have been rustled in the past, but there are few problems in life that cannot be solved over a case of beer. Maybe sometimes it can take two cases, but it still works. |

I once got at the end of queue, but nothing updated, it just went on beginning on queue again. I really hope the ban will be lifted soon. |

| Technically yes, it's moving, but it's not succeeding in processing any user. Each request still returns error 403, just like before. So the engine sees your nickname, tries to download your data, fails and puts you at the back of the queue. I've contacted them asking whether there's some cache keeping the ban active. |
| Hope this gets sorted. MALgraph was a big reason for using MAL. Otherwise I'd move to one of the dozen competitors that are better maintained and have more features. |
