| When you try to cram 13 episodes of a shitty plot with shitty characters, awful animation and average music into a ~20 minutes OVA, you get Skelter Heaven. 1/10, Mars of Destruction at least "tried" to have some story |

| I expected the same quality as MoD, but this was actually significantly better. Albeit rushed, if it had better transitions and more fluid animation it would've been just fine. Shit CGI I can live with since it's 2004 (alien design though...). I still think it's actually decent despite horrid pacing, dunno what y'all are on. The OP and ED sound quite good, I was quite surprised at that. |

| S#!t it! I think the OVA quality is amateurish level like MoD and Forest Fairy Five. The animation is crab while the story is very very bored and terrible which can make me cancer and be killed. The characters seiyuu is so terrible and annoying whose are make me uncomfortable. I don't even bother all anime characters. The OVA is lengendary worst anime than PS2 game while I give it 0.1/10 Scores. I really dislike/hate this OVA (Skelter+Heaven). Edit: Don't even bother for this anime. Also, don't try to watch it. Please killed me! >_< |

| Just watched it. it is FAR more entertaining than Mars Of Destruction. technically speaking it is worse,but mars was just a bad anime. this is a very entertaining and hilarious bad anime ;) one thing that is clear as day is that this was intended to be multiple episodes. all the cuts make sense in that case. the question though is why it was made into one episode instead. if you want to watch one bad anime for the fun and lols,make it this one. you will enjoy how bad it is :) |
| This was so bad I couldn't stand it. Stupid premise, bland music, corny dialogue, terrible animation with pathetic CGI, and the characters are nonexistent since they have zero development and are easily forgotten. Like who is the main character here? And transitions are shockingly bad. Not mention the lipsynching is totally off. So many problems with this "anime" not to mention being boring. This can go to hell and it gets nothing but a 1/10 from me! |

| This is indeed quite the terrible anime if you ask me, weilist the general flow is fair, the bad animation, horrible CGI and weird pacing just makes it terrible! Still always fun to watch something rated this low and to just see how horrible it actually is! |

It's a stretch to say this, but I honestly think this could've been much better than it was, especially considering how bad it turned out. Make it a little longer if you have to, but don't cut out dialogued scenes and have consistency with the flashbacks. Other than the animation, I and a lot of other people could've easily produced something significantly better than this trash. The only r̶e̶d̶e̶e̶m̶a̶b̶l̶e̶ not bad aspect would be the music; the voice acting was mediocre at best. |

| This was hilariously terrible, I really did well making this my 1000th completed anime milestone, the wait was worth it. The CGI made me laugh so hard, the part with the tentacles appearing was like if a glitch happened in a videogame, the alien thing was even bad? He was just there until he got attacked, poor thing. Also laughed pretty hard when the anime tried to give like some backstory about how the characters worked hard together and they are suffering due to the alien and all those things and I'm like "will anyone care for this? Really?" How the "action" parts and the music kept getting cut all the time between scene and scene was too good. With that said, Utsu Musume Sayuri and Nami are still the true terrors of animation, this was just a funny terrible mistake. |

| I actually thought this wasn't that bad. I didn't like any of it, but it just felt like your average battle harem episode. Not really worthy of being the worst rated anime on MAL imo. I like how the giant Blooper didn't do anything until after the girls start attacking it. |

| So the aliens came a year later multiplied more than before, hmm! Overall this was shit no lie. background visuals didn't match with characters visuals well. The plot sucked if you could call that plot at all, next thing Lin was confessing her love to the commander, then she was talking to the aliens ( whom we didn't understand BTW) and then BAM! The alien were gone. Where is the aftermath and the characters fate? What happened to the confession or to the project? That was a badly written anime I've ever seen, zero development in any aspect. It was almost they threw in random stuff to this pile and it didn't work, but most of all the animation was really poor. It was like a preschool child playing with their toys or a random guy just producing his so called anime at his mama's basement. 1/10. |

| Idea factory has done it again. Absolute MasterPiece 10/10 Some people can't grasp the beauty in this ova. It's stands clear on top above all those other top quality anime like full metal alchemist, steins;gate, boruto dad, boku no pico. This and Mars of destruction are both absolute masterpieces. |

Too bad the writer for this show is absolute trash at his job, and can't figure out how to make a good story, much less have an aptitude for different types of anime other than shitty, pseudo-tragedy, partly pseudo-intellectual stories. |
