| I found a post on a forum very interesting: http://www.mangahere.co/manga/hunter_x_hunter/v01/c006/4.html I want to become a ninja to find the shadow parchment, the Hermit'sbook. i hear it's in a place ordinary people can't visit Latter part alone can be vague, (could be Greed Island), same for the first part. But the combination of both makes me almost certain this was planned since then. I am very excited! Props to whoever caught it. |

It doesn't really hint that there is an outside world. |
| They don't have to spell it out from the get-go. Hints are supposed to be subtle. Besides, since the Tree from whale island was confirmed to be a hint, it's not far fetched he planned it just a few chapters before that. |
| Nah, I think it was just alluding to the reason why Hanzo needed a hunter license. They emphasized at the beginning that in some exclusive places only hunters were allowed, which is not the case of the dark continent (where at the time, no one was allowed). It'd be interesting if Togashi brought that up now to have Hanzo back, though. |

| Hahaha, this will be spot on if Hanzo joins the Hunters who will go to the Dark Continent. We did see him in the election arc, perhaps he is making a come back in the story like Pokkle. I would love to see him and his abilities, he was pretty boss during the hunter exam. |
