| I don't want Killua and Gon to be in a relationship with anyone, even each other. They've been through so much brutality at a young age but I still see them as sweet and innocent. Damn, it breaks my heart, they're like my children. I'd rather see an end with no obvious romantic relationships. I just can't see any of the main 4 in that way at all actually. I can just see Gon and Killua becoming really successful, famous hunters travelling the world together. Then it'd be more ambiguous and so left up to people's interpretations if there is anything romantic going on. But for me, keep serious relationships/romance plots out of it. I trust Togashi will end it well no matter what he decides to do though. |

Pretty much this seriously that's what I was thinking, stop turning bromances into romances ppl.... although im sure mangaka's make it seem more than a bromance at times to get all the girls interested in shipping them and thus more interested in the manga/anime in general, while trying not to alienate the male fanbase. Though I never seen it in hunter x hunter, not only is Gon interested in women (and seemed like killua was too) but Gon and Killua were both creeped out by Hisoka checking them out, you could argue the reason but I think the simplest reason is that they aren't gay. |
