| I don't believe people who claim they watch everything. I don't think many people really watch shows for really young kids for example and I mean those aimed at even younger audience than Precure or Digimon. Then there's stuff like Doraemon or Sazae-san. Yaoi tends to be a rather limited appeal genre too. At least I don't watch any of those and I try to avoid nerd shows too. Other than that I would guess my interest vary from yuri/SoL to mecha/manime. However this does not mean I like the things in between. I like my core appeal stuff. |

| Haven't watched Yaoi yet, and I usually avoid ecchi, harem, mahou shoujo and most mecha, especially modern ones. These genres just don't appeal to me unless they have a lot to offer that goes beyond their core appeal. That being said I've made exceptions for every genre except Yaoi so far, if it wasn't just a generic show of it's respective genre. |

I haven't really watched any shoujo ai, shounen ai, yaoi, or yuri except for maybe one, but if I found one that wasn't hentai, and wasn't too romantic I'd probably watch it. I have not seen that many slice of life anime. I usually watch more action anime or more comedies. So I don't really have that wide of a spectrum. |

Thats the reason I dont even have PTW list because If I made one, those anime on PTW would be probaly the last anime I would watch. |

| I guess I'm open to a little of everything, but my preferences pretty obviously reside in Slice of Life and Romance. I'm extremely picky though, particularly towards shounen titles and while I can enjoy them, I rarely ever seek them out or even watch them. Conversely, I'm very open to SoL and enjoy watching most that I have come across. Sports and Ecchi are probably what rest lowest on my lists. I haven't found a sports anime I've wanted to watch yet, so I just haven't tried any. As for Ecchi, I very well dislike Ecchi, but rather enjoyed NGNL despite that, so I'm a bit more receptive to it as long as it isn't the focus of a show. Edit: Mecha. Like sports, I don't really care one way or another I just haven't seen a mecha anime I care about. |

| I think I'm pretty open to trying most shows, but some types of shows I generally stray away from unless there's something about that particular anime that makes it different that many other shows from that genre. For example, I don't usually watch all girl SOL high school moe comedy shows that come on every season, but if it has an interesting/different plot synopsis I'll still try it. I also generally don't watch much shoujo anime, but I'll try some out occosionally if it has really good reviews or if it has a plot synopsis that sounds much different from your average generic shoujo. I think the only shows I universally stay away from are the BL , Shonen-Ai shows. |
