| As a realistic slice of life show this is a good time passer. It's not entertaining or even gripping, it's more of an honest character biography. |

Episode 3 was really intriguing even though I was a bit bored with the previous two episodes. Even if you're not looking for the cute boys singing and dancing, this show has much more than that. |
| I would recommend it if you like realistic-type anime. Not the best show out there but it is definitely not as bad as MAL suggests. 5.94 is a joke, don't fall for it. |

| Maybe it's not worth your time then, not because there's been a lot of guys singing and dancing (because like T3hSource said, there hasn't), but because it's like, the epitome of slice of life. The story barely feels like it's going anywhere, but I agree with Shaniyaz from the episode 4 discussion: Shaniyaz said: Rather than idol performances, it focuses on the philosophical elements than an idol may come across. If you like slice of life with philosophical elements, then you may want to try at least 2 or 3 episodes. The terrible score for this anime is probably due to it not being everyone's cup of tea, which is fine. At least some of us enjoy it, maybe not like "omg best anime ever," but still good. |

People just judge things too quickly. Take Ping Pong which was under an 8 until it finished airing and now it's a whopping 8.66. | Well after the first couple episodes it is watchable without being boring. Its actually picking up, but the other SoLs this season like Free!, Nozaki-kun, and Barakamon kinda overshadow this series and it does not really stand out to me. Probably might rate 6 or 7 by the end. |

I would not recommend this, this show is not everyone and I mean that literally. Only a few could handle this. It doesn't do anything wrong but it doesn't do anything amazing. It's not shit and neither is it decent. After seeing 7 episodes, I'm dropping. It started off with promise and then just kept disappointing. That last episode was awful imo. |

| Oooh, lots of hate comments just because of episode 7... LOL haters gon' hate I myself, think it's a 7/10 at best right now unless the last few episodes can hold its quality. It's kind of inconsistent overall as some episodes are just so incredible while others are kind of sloppy/mediocre (not sure if thats the right words). They switch from character to character so sometimes, one character isn't as interesting as the other. Yeah, I'm gonna agree with "it's not for everyone" and it might even become painful to watch if you have perfect pitch because they don't sing very well in the show (excluding OP/ED) |
| I was looking forward in watching it because it had soo many bishonen guys.......but then it started to get boring and dull after each episode. Im 6 episodes in and still wondering who's the main character. aint that some shit. I thought it was the navy blue haired boy, Kakeru.....i guess not. |

| Well unlike UtaPri this anime is more realistic and slow paced. I myself didn't enjoy this series until about halfway through then I actually started to enjoy it. I'm kinda sad at the low score, but I am not really surprised cause of how slow paced and boring it is. I personally gave it a 7/10 and I'm glad we got another male idol series that isn't UtaPri. I really hope for some more male idols in the future. I think the other flack it gets is because unlike UtaPri and other idol anime (Utapri is the only idol anime I watched so I don't know if this is an accurate statement) is that they never really sing in show in the first season its mostly just a slow buildup of them training and getting their image out to the public. |
