| Nothing to criticise. They did adapt reasonably well and gave the Kirito x Asuna fans a pleasant surprise. (It wasn't really elaborated well in the LN I think for this part). But still, Sinon ftw. |

| So we have a promising new mysterious villain who kills the top pro players in ggo and dat new sniper chick. She seemed to have a guy she cared about judging by that ed song, but I bet she will fall for Kirito later on the series, after all Kirito has a lovely harem of cute girls, that aside lets see how this will develop, especially now that Kirito will play as a girl character this time around... I wonder if the genderbend kirito identity thing might be like the cousin thing last season...dejavu! :P |

They have nice visuals but they seem to love to butcher anime (e.g. Magi...never have I been that disappointed). |

Just because it felt "darker" and "deeper" than the past arcs. I think you severely underestimated the charm of Aincrad. Quite frankly, I think Aincrad is what made SAO. While the story from this point on "may" be better, even with darker/deeper arc, I highly doubt an FPS can be more attractive than Aincrad as a game to the average viewers. My personal opinion. |

While I hate "damsel in distress" tropes, I don't think "the mentally damaged kawaii preteen looking for redemption" is any better. All three arcs lack character development. As a matter of fact, the most character development is probably the first, because at least the creator was developed aside from Asuna and Kirito. While in ALO it was two (Leafa's stalker was not developed), and in GGO it is also just two. Unless you count his government friend to actually count as a developed character, which I don't, and I hate his existence and I want him to die as yet another glaring plot hole that won't be murdered off. |

| I can't wait to see how the first episode of this second season is going to unfold! Damn... that guy shot that virtual screen and the guy went poof on the other end... Death Gun... meh... I must admit he looks pretty darn awesome with that mask and all. Hey there Asuna and Kazuto/Kirito, long time no see! Poor Kirito... fancy place with fancy and hard names to read XD. Things are getting really interesting! Sinon.. dat ass... Well we didn't get to see Kirito actually play GGO, but it was a pretty nice episode. Forgot to mention that Kirito's GGO avatar looks freaking cute and awesome for a male character lol (it is a male character isn't it lol). |

| Starts bad hopefully will end good :/ unlike last season that had an amazing start and went downhill after 10 episodes or so. Nothing happened in this besides kirito talking to people and some short characters introductions that covered 5% of the episode with the other 95% being kirito talking to people :/ hope it improves |
| I have one question for LN readers. Are the twins in the beginning during the date of Kirito and Asuna some cameo from AW or Alicization? Because it looked to me like they forced them to not have the generic "random child in the park" design. And I guess this thread will be again people repeating themselves with random flaws only they can see or people complaining about GETTING explanations. Poor SAO,no matter what , you can never win. |

| IT WAS PRETTY BORING. Also Death Gun: The players whose character is shot by the Death Gun will die of a heart attack. I think I have seen something similar before, might just be my imagination. I liked the OP it's less annoying than the ones from S1. |

| Badass Sinon. Did Kamiya just voiced a 3 minute character? Lol. The hate comments are really hilarious. Like they just watched the episode to criticize it. I bet some haters didn't even watch the episode. Like damn bro let's be more constructive when commenting hate comments because it really makes the user look dumb. A-1 failed miserably on the first season and will also probably fail this season but I got a very little hope that it will actually be OK. |
