| Episode 9 [spoiler] Meh, I still don't care about musical references and the dancing theme didn't really hit home with me either, same for this episode's OST and comedy parts. The directing was pretty nice though and I really enjoyed the sketchy art for some scenes/characters. And little gimmicks like going 4:3 for the record shop are always neat. |

| Episode 10 [spoiler] It was great to see some romance even though it ended in that melancholic kind of way. I loved the ending btw (~last 5 minutes]. The OST was also very nice this episode. Definitely a good episode, and next week's staff also looks promising. |

| Ep 9 Ep 10 Ep 11 [spoiler] Not a bad episode I enjoyed the various depictions of the dimensions and Catherine was a pretty interesting character. Honestly not much else to say, trippy visuals ftw. |

| Episode 12 [spoiler] Another okay episode with some funny moments and the awesome baseball scene, but nothing too fancy. The finale looks promising though, I hope it delivers. |

| Ep 13 [spoiler] Definitely one of the best episodes of the seasons. I feel like it was all going downhill after episode 8, but this one was pretty awesome. Lots of references and typical Dandy attitude saving the universe... err leaving it godless. Looking forward to that movie if they ever make it. I'd say the best episodes were 1, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 13 The others really fell flat for me, but those ones helped keep the series interesting. So [b]8/10 |

| Episode 13 [spoiler] Up to episode 8 this was considerably better than season 1, but after that the episodes were kinda 'meh', but since this finale was pretty great at least I managed to hand out a (low) 8/10. But no matter how much I loved some episodes, if there are a bunch of episodes that I just didn't care about it's more of a generuous 'paying respects' to the overall concept and variety than a representation of my average enjoyment level for each episode. But what the hell, the show deserves it for that alone. I'll definitely miss Dandy and will probably rewatch some of my favorite episodes in the future :) |
