I like Nanoha because...

1. She pairs with Fate!
2. She's really nice and forgiving.
3. Explosive firepower? xD

Surprisingly mature for her age, the "nice, happy girl" character archetype done very well, great powers, and of course befriends people by defeating them!

Why do I like Nanoha ?? This will be an extended reply.
First of all because she is the White Devil Queen. I know the fandom calls her White Devil but I gave it a bit of thought, took a look at all her allies and came to conclusion that she have a Small but Elite Army at her disposal. If she felt like it she would conquer Mid-Childa. And Nanoha Corps are growing with each series :-)
She is the most badass Magical Girl that have ever walked the Earth, she casually steps out of Inferno, makes HUGE holes in Ancient Super Warships, make Combat Cyborgs question whether she is really human and simply put the Fear of God into her opponents.
But is a caring, gentle, loving woman who deeply cares for her beloved ones and tries not to worry them. Even after she got terribly injured during the mission with Vita she kept smiling and reassuring her friends. She was completely broken and powerless, a situation in which many people would collapse, but she stood up and kept moving forward and still protects all those young fledglings who want to share the sky with her. Despite what happened to her she still goes All Out if it's necessary, she is reckless but you can't say that she won't annihilate Anything that will stand in the way of her beloved ones happiness and safety. No matter whether she will die one day on duty, or will live to be an old granny and will peacefully pass away surrounded by friend and family she will the Legendary Hero of Nanohaverse and someone whom I deeply respect and maybe even love a bit ^^

I love her because there is no one else who can move me so much just by saying "I'm a person of the sky"

I love Nanoha because
A: Like everyone said, her personality.
B: I quote Ultimos, because that was an excellent post and I couldn'tve put it better.
C: This line: "If I have to be a devil, that's fine... I'll just have to use my Hellish powers to make you listen to what I have to say!" That was the best line in the whole series.

I like her because she cares about Fate.

She Protects her Friends and Family

She helps those who Need them

She is strong and Brave and hard Working

She uses Magic only For Good

She's strong and kind. And beautiful as well (close to Fate if I have to say)
