What is your best anime experince?

My best experience of anime is Eureka Seven. I found mostly everything in that anime to be very good. The whole series felt like a adventure. So many different ground breaking locations, good character development, great soundtracks and a epic story.

The best anime i watched 'till now (Romance/Drama/School Life) i guess it's Clannad. It was so dramatic, some scenes could realy make you cry.
As for (Action/Adventure) it was Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

Serial Experiments Lain and Bokurano. Serial Experiments Lain was just incredible. Imaginative artwork, great music, fantastic character(s), trippy as hell, philosophy I can agree with, everything was good. As for Bokurano, I think I cried at least every other episode. Maybe I was being sappy, but everything just clicked.

Hmm, my first anime Elfen Lied will always have a place in my heart as a favourite.

other than that Cowboy Bebop really rocked my world

oh Right! "Seto no Hanayome": no anime has made me laugh out loud as much as this one, a must see for comedy lovers

Most animes I watched were a great experience. Sorry, I can't tell you my best... I prefer to number my bests Animes in the order I watched them.

-Full metal Alchemist (I think it is not WOW but It helped me introducing to anime world)
-Evangelion (It fascinated me)
-Death Note (Awesome at first but boring at the end, anyway it was good)
-Elfen Lied (Up here, I never thought I could fall in love with a character)
-Code Geass (The same sensation of Death note but greater)
-Kanon (Marvellous, pure, It made me cry and that is harsh)
-Clannad (THIS IS THE MOST SAD STORY IT HAVE EVER EXISTED; Even today I cry with dango's song)
-The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi (Tell me, which anime can make you see the same chapter eight times?)
-Spice and Wolf (I LOVE HOLO, I SIMPLY LOVE HOLO HAHAHA)

- Ghost in the shell Stand Alone Complex 1st and 2nd gig even though its more like a psychologic anime you really need to read to understand what is really going on, thus anything else is perfect.
- Full Metal Panic great story great characters I was so into that anime while I was watching it, currently am reading the novels but I wana another season.
- Neon Genesis Evangelion what to say its so uber awesome with a superb great story that I really like it.
- Clannad don't know why but it was so touching and I admit that I cried :3 at some touching scenes.
- The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya hmm what to say fun fun fun.

My very best anime experience would be the Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha series, especially A's and StrikerS. Then that is closely followed by Bleach, Fate/Stay Night and Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu. There are a lot more for me to list, but that would take forever.

My best anime experience was marathoning the first five Kara no Kyoukai movies together with friends at school grounds from midnight to ~5-6AM. The experience was preceded and followed by further anime watching.

Ef- A Tale of Memories
Kara No Kyoukai OVA5 : I saw this shown at Anime Boston and it was amazing
Fate Stay Night : Running through UBW on the VN
Higurashi
And perhaps : Mnemosyne

Usually I gravitate towards the darker anime but Ef had me crying the entire series and Archer is just awesome in the Visual Novel

well it's pretty hard to choose, but I must say Kaiji, because it opened my eyes, and showed me in what cruel world we live in.
it's full with emotions, and showes the toughness about living
the problem is that probably that most anime fans would say that the animation is strange/afwul etc ...

there are many more titles but i think this was the best experience :)

Air Gear. I always get fascinated on characters where they start from zero to hero.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. I always love that line Kamina always tell Simon...

School Rumble. No other fun and crazy school comedy anime came close to this one. :3

Love Hina. One of the forefathers of harem anime (?). And funny too.

Naruto Shippuuden. Awesome shinobi saga.

Bleach. I love Neliel... <3

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. Okay, I love the first series. But this one, I think, is the real storyline.

hmm... i know two ones now... both are really important at my flavour for anime ^^...

errmmm... the first one is "Tsubasa Chronicle"... cause of it, i learned what "Clamp" is...
and i love the animes from "Clamp" ^^

the second one is "The Grave of the Fireflies" ... only one film could make cry... and its this one... mostly at the end, when "Seeita" (or how it would be writen) burns his sister down :'(

Two Anime have provided an experience that has lasted a very long time:

Maharomatic one of my absolute favorites - I love how the story evolves, the humor involved, the characters, the occasional ecchi (Sorry Mahoro - Ecchi is good!) , and the sudden twists and turns that evolve into a satisfying series ending. No other anime I've seen has successfully pulled off an ending like that; I saw it coming a mile away but still brought a tear of sorrow and a tear of joy at the same time.

Here and There, Now and Then Nothing I've ever seen, anime or live film, has created an impact and left a deep and lasting impression as Here and There, Now and Then. There's plenty of anime out there that are hard to watch because they suck, this one is hard to watch because it's good - good at showing the horrors inflicted on the main characters are real, and are actually happening in dozens if not hundreds of places and brushfire wars around the world. The story is simple, but intense and compelling. The tribulations the children go through are truly terrifying, and each episode left me emotionally shattered, yet I had to keep watching and am truly grateful I did.

The last 10 or so episodes of Neon Genesis Evangelion, as well as the entirety of End of Evangelion. Also, I recently saw Haibane Renmei and that anime completely floored me and I have no idea why.

Surprising that noone has mentioned Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 yet. Not the best anime out there but I thought it was very realistic, and even though it ended up predictable I still had to pick away a tear at the end xD

One that had me in tears almost every episode was Clannad ~AfterStory~. Really too bad that the ending was a bit sucky :/ (you should still watch it TwoSoxs! )

Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni (first series) was so awesome, where you had no frikken idea what was going on xD just lots of blood and lots of 'wtf' moments.

Hi all, im new to this club so hey. (LOL that sounds lame :P)

But sinds ive seen sooooooo many anime and sooooooo many good ones its hard to tell witch one would be best but after some thought i just cant get around
- ELFEN LIED
Its just to damm good and when you have seen this anime every other anime would never beat elfen lied.
It was a suprise to see the start of the anime but i realy fell of my chair when the serie ended because i was finished and no more episodes were
comming :S:S:S

second where i realy took twice the amount off time to watch just because of all the laughing would be:
- FULL METAL PANIC FUMOFFU
This one was just to hilarious for words.
If there would ever be someone to search for a anime where he/she can laugh his/her ass off it would be this anime.
I just can't say more about it.

There are more anime like code geass that are just fantastic but i wanted to keep it at the best ive seen.
otherwise watch my list to see what realy is worth watching :P

I have a lot of great experiences with anime, I generally love watching anime. So I'll just list my top 5 and talk about my experience with them a little bit.

1. Kanon (2006): What made me go, "Wow, what else is out there?" I use to just only watch Naruto, Bleach and Death Note when it aired but Kanon made me go searching for more anime. I just love everything about it.

2. Clannad: I didn't think I would come across an anime with such terrific character arcs and comedy.

3. Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS: My favorite season of the series. For a magical girl anime, this show sure has a lot of things going for it and the battles in the show were epic.

4. Seto no Hanayome: Even though it lacks any great plot, I still have yet to find an anime that could possibly be funnier than this. School Rumble and Galaxy Angel series could come close though.

5. Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai: Such an interesting way this series is done, it delivers comedy and horror at the same time but not together so it's balanced which I'm really grateful for or I would be having nightmares lol. It has great plot when you realize what's going on and how the characters are with each other.

best experince? probably Big O and Eureka seven. Big O was so diffrent from any anime I had seen, before darker art (yes i know its considered WWII depression art style) Every episode kept making me want more. I also think Eureka 7 was a solid anime I enjoyed the complex story and character development.

With a certain advantage, Cowboy Bebop fits as the best anime I've ever seen, followed by The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Clannad ~ After Story ~, Spirited Away, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and an honorable mention for Kanon (2006), simply wonderful.
