| I CAN NOT BELIEVE that I didn't watch this series until now. I watched the 2003 version of Fullmetal Alchemist and at the time I thought it was simply the first season with Brotherhood as a sequel. So when I did watch Brotherhood right after finishing it and realized I was still watching basically the same thing except with better(-ish) animation, I dropped it without getting to the part where things were different from the 2003 version. I really regret it now... and I'm sooooo glad I picked this up again out of boredom (and for craving a shounen anime to watch). I'm so hooked and I love the ending scene. Al is so skinny.. I got so sad just looking at him!! T_T |

| The was a dangerous ploy to open the portal to Truth. Looks like the entire being of Alphose is in the portal. But how can his body still act without his soul? Perhaps the Soul is more than what we know. |

| Awesome episode, but the best moment was its ending scene with Edward determined to give Alphonse his original, but trapped in the other realm, body. |
| It turns out that the reason why Bradley was the only Homunculus to show signs of aging among was because of Father training him to be an artificial Homunculus the moment he was born. Edward had pretty much given in to the despair after realizing how futile it would be to try to escape while watching the pained souls of the Xerxean people beg for death but seeing the missing part of the transmutation mural back at the ruins and Envy's Philosopher's Stone made him think of a plan that's so crazy that it might just work. Using the damned souls as a catalyst, Ed had successfully created a way to transport them out of the interstice into the realm of the real Gate of Truth so they can get transported back to the real world. A lot of the spirits can finally rest in peace and Edward got a glimpse at Alphonse's real body. He really did lack nutrition, oof. |

| great ep! it explained a lot of things, about xerxes and envy, and bradley's origins, which i always wondered i love ed!!! so determined and badass, it's always fab when things click in his head and he manages to achieve what others would deem impossible |

| Epic ending, epic episode as a whole. Edward yelling that he would get Al's body back at the Gate was fucking awesome and superbly done. Plus we get to even know some of Bradley's backstory too and how he was selected to become the Fuhrer and what all he had to go through to be selected among the many 'candidates'. |
| I thought King Bradley was artificially created and that he was never human lol. Gluttony's "belly" is quite scary and disturbing. Looks like the opening is going to change in the next episode so I'm going to leave it here for a while and start the next "season" later. This season was slightly better that the first "season" since they're more discoveries although I would like less plot conveniences...I like the scenes but some of them are ruined by things like that, for example: Winry discovering that Scar killed her parents. |

| basically this story's lore is the same as evangelion, dude started the second impact and now is trying to make the third impact to become god King bradley's character 5/5 as always, although the fact that guys in the military do all that crazy shit for Father doesn't really make sense. Who tf would even put the entrance to their secret layer out in an open alley tho, weird how no one in public noticed all the homunculi running around out in the open too Ed ofc gets out of the pit through plot armor and learned the secret by getting swallowed. This kid does not deserve to get his body back |

| I honestly thought that person in the truth room thing was their mom but dang, I guess Alphonse's body is in pretty rough shape Maybe their theory was right and Edward is fueling both of their bodies? In any case, they're really setting up for some more big reveals and I'm ready |
| Finally Ed is busting Ling, himself as well as the reluctant Envy out of Gluttony’s stomach. We even got to learn about King Bradley’s past as well and apparently he wasn’t born a Homunculi like the others were but was genetically altered to be one through a lot of pain and examinations put onto him which actually gives him more depth when you think about it. Plus we finally got to see Al’s body! Albeit through the Gate of Truth and we end up losing him again but damn it just Ed punching his way to Al and saying he will get his body back one way or another was pretty badass I’m not gonna lie. Now I really see Al get his own body back more than ever cuz this episode was just that good. Loved it so much I swear to god. |
| Can you imagine that Ed was that close to Al's body yet he couldn't bring it back with him? What a tragedy... I'm speechless... 26 episodes in and it's all just agony... But honestly, from the bottom of my heart, I loved the moment when Ed broke down that door and yelled "Alphonse!!!" at Al. His determination really... can't be put into words anymore. As some people have questioned on this forum, how can Al's body react to Ed when his soul is not with him? But I already don't pay much attention to that. The first thing I noticed was that Al's hair was already so long and his body was thin and dry. Even so, he is alive. His body is still alive. That's the important thing for now. Hmm... Bradley's past... okay... I felt sorry and not sorry at the same time. |
