| Oh man, this episode is epic. Sunohara is epic. I will give points to the man, Nagisa and Tomoya for making me laugh out loud in my house like crazy. I mean, I never really laugh at anime. I don't find any of the jokes funny at all. I think this is the first time I've actually laughed. From what I've seen from reading around, since KyoAni has no way of condensing three arcs of the remaning three girls (being the most popular characters no less) into the remaining episodes it seems like they will just take bits and pieces of each arc and pierce together things? Kind of like taking a different approach from the usual arc based ero game adaptations. Might be a better although more difficult approach. They should of tried this from the very beginning instead of spending such a long time on only Fuko and Kotomi. Anyway, "Gay" Sunohara was pure win. Misunderstandings that lead to even further misunderstandings are pure win (Tomoya is pure win for orchestrating all of it). I like how Sunohara is able to be the comic relief, yet also play the dramatic character (with his yelling) in the same episode. And I was happy to see more Tomoyo. I want more Tomoyo! She needs more screen time. She has had the least (despite being popular). |

| Something to do with the timing of her appearence (in a dramatic moment...?) I do like how they're not completely ignoring past characters like they did in Kanon though. That's one of the things that really irks me about these kinds of anime. |

| A good episode. My favorite had to be the whole Sunohara and Nagisa scene. I'm looking forward to the next episode, since I like to know more about Sunohara's sister. |

| This episode and the preview shows that the rest of the remaining arcs will be weaved together. I'm saddened by the fact that the more prominent characters will get less focus compared to Fuko and Kotomi, but I'll take what I can get. Just bothersome how 2 characters who don't contribute much to the story in general get more episodes than the more prominent characters. I know that the Sunohara arc will probably air next week, but there were hints of a Kyou/Ryou arc next episode... Prepare for some weaving of character-centric arcs for the remainder of the show...Still saying that Fuko and Kotomi got too many episodes =P Anti-character clubs are pointless...unless you are a rabid otaku. |

| Absolutely fantastic episode. And I agree with Sobzob, I'm looking forward to more Mei! Fuko appearances always catch me off guard, and while I feel they would wreck the mood, they end up being used so sparingly and perfectly that you just can't help but smile. |

| lol!!! Sunohara was so awesome in this episode XD that last part was so cute and funny!!! There was a scene that made me lol so bad. Where Nagisa's little antena hairs were all crooked when Tomoya told her Sunohara loved him xD it just made me laugh |

| sunohara's approaches at playing basketball with tomoya were funny tomoya's prank to Mei were hilarious too, making her think that was his brother. all hail kyou for breaking apart that tomoya x nagisa moment, i was about to throw my monitor away... kyou, you saved me a couple hundred dollars :) more tomoyo for the win, the staring at the judo club captain was awesome, tomoya really looked serious. tomoyo and kyou could save this show from a fatal ending... please fuko was pretty funny this episode, i dont mind wasting 30 seconds just to see her and laugh. unlike many others and, sunohara being "gay" was awesome... i didnt actually think he would cry |

Never know what they have up their sleeve, so its best to wait it out :-) |

| It took me a couple of days, but now I am finally up to this point. I'm glad Kotomi's arc ended (didn't really like her or her story) and am kind of wondering who is next. But, I hope there a few more episodes like this where there isn't a main focus, just plot development and comedy. Good episode, looking forward to the next. |

| thank god. Clannad is finally showing me how good it should be as Kanon and Air have been. Yea mostly comedy but the chemistry between Tomoya and Nagisa was really sparkling this episode more than any other previous KeyAni work. And the Sunohara development was quite awesome. Now that the disappointing Fuko and Kotomi arcs are over we can finally get to the best parts of Clannad: Kyou, Tomoyo, and Nagisa! |

| this episode was great! but i didn't like it how Nagisa gave up so easily. XP Fuko's appearance was also unexpected. i guess she'll appear more in the later episodes. oh and the last part was sooo funny! ROTFL! XD Tomoya's really great at making stuff up. XP |

| After a 7 month break, I've finally resumed watching this anime. Let's hope I can finish this before ~After Story~ starts airing. Lots of things stuffed in this episode, but I expected it, since there is still 3 arcs left apparently. Hilarious scenes in the second half. Fuko moment: Meh. Mei? Lolis FTW. |

| Lol its so funny! Sunohara is a natural comedian, and Tomoya just adds to the mix =). The last "Sunohara is gay" confession was sad and quite low even for Tomoya. "You weren't possible going to make this a nest for your love" =D. Good episode 5/5, but this anime doesn't seem to be going very far. The theatre club is basically back to square one after 15 episodes. They should really get it going. |
