There are so many characters and subplots it's confusing as hell. Is author going to set whole giant world of Regis and make this series very, very long...?

To be quite honest, I'm just about as confused as you are. At the moment, I have absolutely no clue where the plot is going to be heading here and what motives everyone has. And what's up with JYI turning/morphing/changing into something else after the attack by Jae Hyuk?

It'd be nice if they answered at least some part of one confusing part, and then introduced another thing we don't understand because this manhwa just keep putting in one thing after another. :S

So this, Ouroboros guy. Is he a bad guy?

so the Ouroboros guy is a reincarnation of Xix
is what i have come to believe
so that heart is now useless since he has reincarnated?
or it could later be like a powerup?

Regis is Jae Hyuk(you think people would have already figured that out, considering the shitload of clues thrown at us).

Ouroboros is just another one of Oski's creations. "Pure Evil" so to say, just like the Wolf inside Xix and the Lucretius golem in Immortal Regis.

Hmm Jyu should write some "who is who and what the hell in Cavalier" supplement to this manhwa.

^^ lol he should write his manhwa better instead. if you can't make our work understandable, that's on you as an author.

though it's not that surprising since this happened with Regis as well.

edit: and I hate to generalize, but some of these writing issues have appeared on other manhwa as well, albeit in varying degrees.

I DROPPED THIS MANHWA its not my tipe the prequel was great but this one is stupid...

No Jae is still the regis guy.
And no orobus is not his brother.

Jae's brother will appear around chapter 18-19

SO NoW wtf i tought the regis was jae at frist but why was his name NEX?!
is yae rly the regis?it makes sense coz he locked up sering and only using her for blood but thats the only clue i had maybe i missed something?

THIS THING IS JUST FREAKIN MESSED UP! at least he could have told us how many years have passed since the immortal regis' end or smthing.

i'm really confused as well.....who the hell is oski and the others...? i dun recognise any of them...

is NEX really jae hyuk...? y the hell did he become so merciless...? y did he want to lock up serin..? i thought he love her seeing from immortal regis...

to sum it all up...its really confusing...immortal regis was much better...

I think only 4 of the characters introduced so far have also been in Immortal Regis. I have no idea why they thought it would be a good idea to throw a bunch of new characters at us without an introduction along with the random subplots which seem unrelated to the main plot. I'd also like to know what happened to the Karladbolg and the main plot.

His relationship to Serin and Depore pretty much confirms that NEX is Jae Hyuk. If you thought he still loved Serin then you must have skipped the last two chapters. It was pretty obvious that he blamed her for bringing his brother to choas and letting Karladbolg kill him and that he would never forgive her for it.

I am almost certain that the plot will only get worse from here. Immortal Regis in retrospect was really really badly written. Almost all of the subplots and side characters ended up as nothing more than cheap plot devices mainly because of lack of planning. I suspect the sudden switch from Immortal to Cavalier was an attempt to hide that and also to wipe the plot slate clean without having to resolve anything.
