| They actually made Tsuyokimono yo pretty cool! What the hell? So a sequel is basically confirmed by this point? I don't see them fighting Jigoku-oh and then wrapping up the Ankoku Daishogun business in the next episode. |

That was funny. and Hurray!...the Mazinger army survived!...for now. and Bandos Island in Ruin. so far the show has been pulling out a Plan to counter a plan with the enemy countering that plan. |

| The pilots of the Mazinger army surviving was BS, don’t get me wrong I didn’t root for them to be killed but like the episode with the Z warriors dying when you bring them back it loses the effect that it has had in the story and with the Mazinger army pilot coming back it just did that… |

| Ah, Mazinger Army coming. No problem personally with the fact that the four pilots survived their defeat. I never imagined them dead and it doesn't downplay their demise, given the battle's stakes. 4/5 |
| Mannn Brocken is such a joke in this series. By far the most inept out of Dr. Hell's three generals. Whereas Ashura was given much more debt and made more interesting than he was before, Brocken is just a doofus who basically comes off looking like the villainous equivalent of Boss. Also RIP Pygman. I never liked his design here quite as much as the original, which I always thought was wonderfully creepy and weird. His human design is cool enough, and would have made a fine character by itself, it's just not very Pygman. And the original 70s Pygman was such a unique villain. There may not be many boob missiles here compared to the original series, but I'd say the way Lori & Loru pilder on to Million α 1 makes up for it. xD |
