I doubt I spelled Tsubasa Chronicles right, but that is of little consequence. I just finished episode one and At the end they go to yuko's house, and the whole cast of XXXholic is waiting there. Three words. What, the, fuck.

They are both made by CLAMP, a company mangaka group that likes to intermingle a lot of its stuff together in the same universe. I can't really give anymore than that >_>.

Haven't read it but I know that Tsubasa Chronicles is about Princess Sakura going to all the CLAMP worlds to recover her memories.

Everyone CLAMP has ever created appears, as they are travelling different... Dimensions.

I think it has something to do with confusing readers by releases being so out of sink, that they make little sense together. It started off fun though.

They actually come together more as the series go on, closer towards the climax (in the manga, at least; not so much the anime). Scattered throughout, events that occur in one series affect what happen in the other, even if only in small ways.

Think of Kingdom Hearts, but a lot better.

Watch the second episode. They'll explain it.

Why don't you treat the series as separate entities? Then you won't go WTF everytime someone familiar comes along. Princess Sakura is not Sakura Kinimoto nor Syaoran is the CCsakura's Syaoran. They just look like that. The series will throw most of the CLAMP (characters) designs ever made but it doesn't mean that they are the very same characters - just the designs...most of the time. CLAMP's bid for going green - recycling their designs.
