| She's a bit annoying, but that's not the main issue. The main issue is that she's more of an extension of the Gary Stu main character than anything. She doesn't have any notable purpose in the show other than to dote on the main character, someone with no real impact to the plot but have so much screen time obviously will draw a lot of hate. |

| I don't hate her at all. and actually I think in ep4 her obsession of her brother was less of a problem and lead to a few laughs than for example in ep3(that was really weird). really have to look how far it goes though. as long as everything stays decent it's fine with me(she has her cute moments). well even if it turns out non-decent I had bigger problems with his decision regarding it than with Miyuki. |

| Completely hate her. Her brother complex was annoying from the first episode with her over affection and praise of him and it has only gotten worse as she just seems obsessively crazy. Outside of that she is just bland, not as boring as her brother but not really interesting at all. |
| One of the most annoying chars I've seen in anime (Amuro Ray in the first half of 0079 has some serious competition here). The brother complex brings nothing to her character; she is extremely bland and her 'Onii-sama's level of annoyance is on par with that of Orihime's 'Kurosaki-kun's. I can bear incest in anime (I mean, I loved Mawaru Penguindrum and Utena, and they certainly didn't feature the healthiest relationships you can get between bros and sis) but this... this just feels like a poor attempt at otaku pandering with constant hints at incest thrown all over the place and covered up as 'jokes'. Not only that but the fact that Miyuki seems to serve as nothing but a foil for her brother, which is utterly pointless, considering how obviousbly competent he is. She'll probably get some major development later on but you know what they say about first impressions... And so far calling them bad would be an understatement. |

| Incest isn't really the issue; the issue is how blatant the anime is making it and forcing it into every little scene. The jokes are not necessary. As you already know, they're cutting quite a bit of content here and there to make it more interesting to anime-only viewers since the first arc is slow and full of info dumps. As a result, the characters seems a little flat cause not much were explored about them yet given the screen time. Give it some time when they'll be given more screen time, there's also still a lot of characters not introduced yet so maybe there's one to your liking. OT: I'm indifferent about Miyuki though sometimes she's a bit annoying too. Better get used to her soon since the siblings are always together most of the time because of their circumstances which I think will be explained at the end of the season. |
