| You may as well watch up to ep 181 to get the next Tsukuyo arc. The more Gintama you watch, the better it is, really. There's no need to rush it. |

It gets progressively better. And has some really great arcs. Though there are a lot of standalone stories and there isn't much of a main plot line going on. |

I asked this myself after 50 or so episodes, and then it grew on me, and then I became addictive. So addictive that I now HAVE to watch one random episode every night before I go to sleep. |
