Kogoro allowed them to stay at their house for the time being, only one week left worth of medicine and fortunately Murakami seems to have some kind of plan, and apparently Kotori holds some kind of switch to 'reset' humanity.

LOL
The "new place" is not actually his house, but his Uncle's.
I kinda understand (his mom pissed me off every time she appeared.

I read the RAWs for this manga a few weeks ago and I'm glad the translations have been starting to come out more frequently (more like everyday a couple of new releases lol).

Because in chapter 74 and 75, I did not know why Kazumi started crying...nice to know it was about the whole "drasel" thing. Man, Kazumi is the girl who I want to be alive at the end of this story....oh yea,
.

So Kotoris has the body of bad guys sister. And she's the trigger to the end of humanity.

^ Hm I think it's just the drasil that ate his sister's brain so he thinks the drasil has her conscience now so he implanted drasil into Kotori and he doesn't understand why his sis's mind hasn't taken over Kotori's, so Kotori's mind is still inside kotori's body. At least as dominant. Just how I interpreted it.

I didn't see any implication that a drasil ate his sister's brain, but... Kotori's body doesn't really look like his sister's body, either. This was a pretty confusing chapter and I still don't really understand it very well.

Actually, maybe he planted his sister's brain into Kotori's body? I believe his thesis was that the brain contains the consciousness and soul, so theoretically a life could "live on" if the brain has another body? But that didn't work... so maybe that's where the drasil comes in. The drasil somehow animates the body... gives it life, so to speak.

I dunno.

So Ichijiku is just a siscon and became a maddo scientisto for her? Lol

Who would've thought Kotori was that important.

Lol'd at how they went to Kogoro's house and him saying "give up on boobies" XD

"Give up on boobies."

Poor Kotori, her boobs are the only things the other characters remember or use to describe her...

Chisato is even more deranged than I thought, doing that to his dying sister. Rena? So Kotori was created with consciousness from his dying sister...? Maybe Kotori was an experiment to transplant human consciousness. More importantly, she pretty much just leapfrogged everyone else in importance to the world being the "key" and all that...

The anime really adapted far into the manga skipping a lot.
Anyways, fantastic chapter. Very interesting information.
If their personalities and everything exist in the drasil, maybe its possible that when they hatch they won't necessarily be evil.
