Lots of good stuff there, but many series that are more challenging or perhaps more divisive end up with lower ratings that I think they might deserve. I have to agree with this. Also, I think, for an anime to be considered a 10/10 on a personal level it would have to appeal in the viewers nich. The top 100 are just a "you might like" recommendation list not to be taken seriously. |

| It's a useful resource to let you know what people like, maybe where to start with anime. Though I can't agree with some of it, everyone has their own opinion. |
| Some things are grossly overrated (don't get me started on Fairy Tale 2014), more like a popular poll in many cases. Not to say thats bad, most of the shows present are very good but there are others that deserve higher ranking but were older or something. |
| Of the ones I've seen, I've enjoyed almost all of them...so yeah, I'd say yes. As for the rest, I don't know much beyond word of mouth, reputation and what bits and pieces I've seen. There are a few I'm sort of iffy about, but that's not the point of the list. Based on that though, tough to complain about it... |
| I don't agree with Fairy Tail and Fairy Tail (2014) being up there or how high One Piece and its movies (Strong World and Z) are. Other than those, even if I don't agree with the scores for some shows, for the most part they deserve a place in the top 100, maybe just not the rank they have now |
