| lol @ thinking Toradora is even close to being perfect or comparing it to Clannad. Same with Baka and Test. Haven't seen the other show. But no, Clannad is no where near perfect. A lot of the characters in the show are annoying plus some plot holes |
| No anime is perfect. I dropped Clannad because it was just so freaking boring. But everyone says it gets better in After Story, so I plan to get back at it. So for now Toradora is better. |

| I know it's a little off-topic, but... With all this discussion about how Clannad's ending is awful (I haven't seen it yet, and probably won't anymore,) has Key ever written a straightforward romance story without any shoehorned supernatural elements? Kanon had some ridiculous arcs in my opinion, and Air certainly seemed like it was heading in that direction... Edit: Although, I do think the supernatural focus in Angel Beats worked quite well. |

AIR, KANON, CLANNAD, ANGEL BEATS and Little busters all have their fair amount of supernatural elements.So if you want simple straightforward romance without supernatural elements than Key's anime are not the right thing for you. |
| The Familiar of Zero shouldn't even be compared to Clannad or Toradora, it's absolute garbage. Clannad: After Story > Toradora > Clannad Haven't watched enough Baka to Test to make that judgement, and haven't watched any School Days. |
