3 eps for TV and 2 eps for Special?

Isn't it perhaps 3 eps for TV and 3 eps for Special? Or maybe even just 6 episodes? Not unless the 6 episodes are all TV and every second episode is the continuation for the former odd-numbered episode?

WhyNot has 6 episodes, meaning these 6 episodes are actually just 3 episodes according to the MAL explanation? Well I double checked on anidb.

Is this right? 6 separate files = 3 episodes, each divided into 2?
The same goes for the specials as I see it. There are a bunch of specials with 1-digit-minute durations, meaning if you bunch it all up together, it would be 2 episodes 24 minutes each?

Just wanted to clarify.

Nearly 10 years late on this one, but I have a similar confusion because putting together all of the anime adaptations comes out as 5 (or 6) episodes. However, Netflix seems to have 11 of them.
