| Yea, it most definitely gives off Sakurasou vibes. Suzuka not so much, just the female lead. I turned out surprisingly good for me actually. Lets see how it goes. 8/10 for now. |

| Pretty great for the first episode. The characters don't look like my type really, however I already like the drunk lady. The OP is good too, the animation looks good but is kinda flawed. It looks like it will be another good show by Brains Base. I'll surely follow this through. |

| Fell in love with the show just after the first episode. The art style (switching to the vector based cutsey drawings for scene transition) reminds me a lot of Sakura Trick from the previous season. |
| Well, it was a good first episode. I like the art style, it's all luminous, brighten a bit my day :P The setting remind me a bit of Sakurasou, being trap in a dorm full crazy violent, pervert and hysterical person xD Ahhh, Hanakawa... She's literally everwhere x) But I just so fucking love her voice :3 I must say that I felt a little bit bored from time to time, but in overall it was great. Never let a lolicon near a primary school xD |

| Decent. Characters pretty likable. Jokes are alright, I got two chuckles. Really love the art and colours. It's like Tonari's but a bit more on the Meganebu side. LOL But yeah, visuals are great. Music I do like too. |

| Loved it. From the first episodes of spring anime I have seen this is definitely my favourite so far. I found all the characters to be very likeable except for ritsu who I am undecided on. I thought the pervy comedy was pretty good and I think the art style is really beautiful. 5/5 |

| I enjoyed that more than I thought I would. The comedy is good, the subs by Commie make it even funnier, and the OP/ED are really good. The animation quality and style also really surprised me, as they kind of reminded me of "Garden of Words" A good start for this show. |

| I really like the art, didn't expect it to be this good. The OP is beautiful! And it's surprisingly funny. It's kinda sad that the old anime are over. It's like these are replacing those, I don't like the feeling :/ Here begins the romance ~ Kawai Ritsu is kawai! Though I am not type to like older female x younger male ships... Guess I won't really watch it for romance. This is it, I love Oba-san's character. The ossan isn't bad either, funny kind of masochist. "48" This is gonna involve some bold dirty jokes xD For once, the woman got hit and not the guy, I liked that considering she was the one making the move. The show is a bit unique in some ways, like it tries to mix in some delusions and reality. I think it will break the 4th wall too in the future. The ending song sounds okay. I guess, 7.5 for this episode. Hopefully it becomes better. |

| One episode in and I've already thrown my hands up in the air thrice laughing my butt off! Yes! This already has the makings of a great show. The policeman was damn spot on. That Oba-san, laughs. This is the first show where I've seen an Oba-san "experiment" on giving out useless monologues and playing the S to her tennants' M tendencies. Oba-san: "Shiro-kun, could you go buy some fish for me?" Shiro: "Please talk down on me more!" Oba-san: "Oh pardon me. Go buy me some fish you stupid pig!" (Dat expression afterwards...) I died.... XD That Onee-san! Dayum! The monologue by the river killed me yet again! "Don't think you're hot shit just because your nether regions are brand-new and unused" was cherry on top of the proverbial cake! Then the "Punk'd" after that.... sigh... if only the women around me were this fun and exciting. Art was a decent 9, music a fitting 9, content thus far I give a 10 and those monologues and crazy exchanges, wow... I can't wait till next week already! |

| I rewatched this and I'm even more pleased by this, especially the graphics. They're amazing, really! Brains Base has done a well done work with this first episode, and thinking that they've done also Isshuukan Friends make me so childish. Really funny, a pure and soft fun, I really laughed rumourously! I've still got to get used to the milf, though. Shiro is awsome. |
| Wow, I'm totally pleased by this episode. I expected the story would go all dramatic and sad since the title said kawaisou (pitiful) but I got comedy anime instead. And it was really funny too, Shiro M-side was hilarious. The characters except Ritsu are interesting. Idk I probably just dislike Kana Hanazawa, I was quite disappointed hearing Ritsu's voice. |

| The show is fun and exciting. Somehow it is similar to Sakurasou in terms with tenants and landlord to guide or help the characters. Ritsu is cute esp. when she said sorry to Usa. |
