I have only been able to find the first 3 chapters translated. Are there more available? If so, where?

It's been translated up to chapter 5 by Mangerscreener but, since ADV licensed it, they dropped it quite a long time ago.

Unfortunately, ADV itself decided to drop its translation after only 7 volumes out of the full 22. Well, at least I could only find 7 of them on Amazon.
