| well the art style was impressive , Shinbou really did great job on this ova . on the other hand nothing special with the plot and it was rushed . so I will rate this 4/10 . |
| Remaster of this is pretty disappointing (if that's what I was watching? - can't find a live direct download). Mostly an improvement but still too dark to make out details, and it fades into light at the edges (if you know what I mean?). Which is *really* annoying. Guess there was some print damage as that's just awful :< |
| The "final boss" growing new hands like that and having a giant genital devouring people at the center kinda reminded me of Evangelion. Typical cyberpunk story with demons, but it looked nice. Not as distinctive in terms of direction as later Shinbou, though. That guitar track totally slaps, by the way. Very touching. |

| I watched this for the aesthetics and Shijo Tsunami, and I wasn't disappointed. I wish we had more of this OVA. Decent action and explosions too. 7/10 |

| I think this showcased how horny the author was. Overall it wasn't bad, I've seen worse anime. I liked Shijou though and wished to see him burn demons alive. |

| So-so story but it sure looked nice. Reminded me of Demon City Shinjuku, which after looking it up makes sense, they're both by Madhouse. Thought for a while this might even have been a prequel to it or something. It would be pretty average but the art really elevated it a notch. |
| Love the cyberpunk concept as well as dark fantasy elements to it, wonder if devil may cry would try something like that in the near future lol. |

Yeah that was a cool scene, it looks similar to the J Pop girl zombie outbreak scene from Resident Evil 1, they might've took inspiration from this OVA LOL.  |
| Loved the story, especially the art-style, too bad it was short, Shijo's power and how he use it by snapping reminded me with Roy Mustang, maybe he was the inspiration for it, I'll give it a 7, the animation is really amazing.  |
