Now, I get she's physically stronger than most shojo heroines and isn't boy-crazy and all, but she is (in my opinion) a dimwit. I haven't used that word in a long time. I think the fact that she's athletic is the only thing I like about her (though not that much). The fact that she's clueless and lacks intelligence makes me think of her as another stereotypical shojo heroine. Helping people is cool, but she just goes around trying to be the most happy and helpful girl ever >.< A female shojo character that I think is cool is Misaki Ayuzawa from Kaichou wa Maid-sama! She's strong, and she's smart. She wants to help her school, and she does in a logical and not-too-happy way. Sorry if I sound like a total b!tch. Just an opinion. Feel free to state yours. |
