(In no particualar order)
1- Kinnikuman(I love how unique and crazy it is. Also Suguru is one of my favorite anime characters period.)
2- Yu Yu Hakusho(A rare fighting series that takes time to develop the characters before the Ass kicking begins).
3- One Piece(I love the whole romantic adventure feel to it)
4- Eyeshield 21(The art is excellent and it's hard not to root for the Devil Bats)
5- Hokuto no Ken(Gorgeous art and ultra violence punctuated by the occasional melancholy scene)
6- Jojo's Bizarre Adventure(I like how strange it is and the intelligent feel of the fight scenes.)
7- Saint Seiya(Greek Myth is one of my hobbies, and in addition to using that as a visual motif, the series heroes' physical vulnerability fits the gimmick well.)
8- Dragon Ball(Yeah, Yeah, I know that I'll get shit for this one, but I feel that the manga suffers from almost none of the problems that the anime did, and I'm willing to overlook them to spend some time watching some of my favorite characters take part in some of the bes choreographed fight scenes around.)
9- Black Jack(Osamu Tezuka's best shonen work. The crazy medical melodrama really drew me in.)
10-Fullmetal Alchemist(A shonen series with real intelligence! OH MY GOD!)

Honorable Mentions:
Shaman King(I like it, but it's just too by the book for it to be on my favorites)
Mazinger Z(The absence of sympathetic characters keeps it down)
Captain Tsubasa(I just don't like it enough)
Slam Dunk(The art is just sort of...blah)
Kekkaishi(See Shaman King and Slam Dunk)

Top 10 shounen mangas, right? Not shounen animes, well let me see...

Top 10 so far are:

1 Beck
2 Slam Dunk
3 Suzuka
4... From the 4th place I can tell that: Eyeshield 21, Ichigo 100%, I"s, Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, Double Arts, H2, Rurouni Kenshin, Mx0, Hoop Men (maybe), Hokuto no Ken (maybe) and Dragon Ball (maybe) all them are good mangas, but I don't know what positions they would be.

And I know I put more than ten mangas but all them would dispute the first 10 places.



PS: I considered only mangas finished, mangas ongoing like One Piece, Good Ending, Fullmetal Alchemist, Mirai Nikki, Psyren, Sket Dance, etc...I don't considered them.

I don't get why people added "Kuroshitsuji" to their list. I don't think it's Shounen at all and I won't be including it in mine.

I've read many shounen manga, but my main priority are those three above.... :D

I read a few more shonens and i can make it to 10 but they have not grew on me as much as these 6

Mmmhm.. now that I think about it, doing 10 shonen is really hard compared to seinen, but mine would be like this:
