Prove to me that Hokuto no Ken is not the manliest anime of all time. Oh yeah, you can't. I'm back. |

As much I like Hokuto no Ken more, I will go with Golgo 13 as well. Eo tempore, cum tibi occuri, Mihi vita laeta fuit, Cum autem te nusquam conspexi, Eo tempore mortem cognovi |

I'd say it's a tie between Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Sengoku BASARA, and Fist of the North Star. |

Hokuto no Ken. I watched Golgo 13 and did not like it at all, did not find it GAR in any aspect. I am made of fail, I know. But RATATATATATATATATATA is still the GARest thing on earth since sausages. ![]() Waratte Oemashou Sore ha Chiisana Inori |

You're already dead! YOU WA SHOCK! I believe that is all there is to it. Though Golgo comes close, but from what I've seen of the man, he is not anywhere near as imba as Kenshiro. TTGL is far too flashy about it and more comically badass than truly manly Bleach is...well, Bleach... Ledouche is a hipless noodleperson with way to exaggerated grimaces and theatrics to be anywhere near manly. Berserk's protagonist is badass and all that, but fluctuate too much between being a crazed Berserker and a tragic hero to be called the epitome of manliness. Alucard has the same problem as Guts. I'd also add in LoGH's Ovlesser, Fritz Joseph Bittenfeld and Walter von Schenkopp, and even though the latter benefits from being a top class womanizer to boot, he still doesn't come off as being as purely testosterone based as Ken. ![]() Firar ein mann seg sjølv ned i reip, og får bane, då er han sjølv banemannen sin. |
