Sana from Kodocha. One of the main reasons why I preferred the English dub in that show.
Henrietta from Gunslinger Girl. All the voice actresses in that show didn't go overly cute little girl sounding.
And Keiko from Yu Yu Hakusho. One of my favourite Eng dubbed shows. =)
Sana from Kodocha. She had to talk super-fast throughout, and the JP director said her character had roughly three times the average lines. And, on top of that, Bailey had to rap every other episode.
Alongside Sana's hyperactivity, it was Bailey's flawless voice acting that made me love Kodocha. She did a perfect job with a role most would struggle with.
What I LOVE about Bailey is that I still find it somewhat hard to recognize her voice. Her roles and voice vary to such a degree (from Sana to Marlene) that it's often a challenge to tell. Her range is incredible. Even when I was still into Kodocha, I didn't instantly realize she played Tohru in Fruits Basket because she'd adjusted her voice from that of a child to a more reserved, older but still very caring girl.
There are so many but I think it's Sana Kurata from Kodocha followed by Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket. I also like her in Glass Fleet, a very poor story enhanced greatly by Laura's performance in the role of Michel.
