Kirisaki Yuuichi from Yakitate!! Japan looks and acts like Gendo, and is voiced by the same voice actor. EDIT: Also, the unnamed general from Eureka Seven: Pocketful of Rainbows sounds like Gendo and has the same beard.   |

Commander Amarao from FLCL reminds me Gendo.
