Hitagi. Officially one of my favorite characters. Also, if anyone know where to get that piano instrumental that played during the Hitagi x Ararararagi conversation after Mayoi found her home, please let me know. I fell in love with that piece.  |

What's so funny about "Omedetou Gozaimasu" or maybe I should ask what's it say in english? If thats the part where she says "Congratulations" after Hitagi confesses than yeah that was really funny. Ah well definetly one of the bests this summer. I just rewatched the whole episode, I laughed till I cried myself with Hachikuchi's scene. "Omedeto Gozaimasu". |

"It would be great if it come into fashion" "Senjougahara fascination" It's referring back to episode 3 where Senjougahara asks Araragi if he's fascinated with her clothes and starts talking about using "tore" instead of "moe" Hard to translate and I don't speak Japanese but here's a copypasta'd explanation from elsewhere: Lower parts of 萌え (moe) is the same as 明る (akaru, bright) so Senjougahara thought 蕩れ (tore) from 見蕩れ (mitore, fascination) that has 湯 (yu, hot [water]) as a lower part is "superior" than moe. It's Japanese wordplay, and only make sense if you know Japanese. 明 (akaru, bright) can be assume the "warm" meaning and 湯 (yu, hot water) can assume the "hot" meaning, thus 湯 > 明. Since 萌え and 見蕩れ meanings are in the same kind, extracting just 蕩れ to be superior form of 萌え make sense. |

Great episode! I love series that are different. I've been getting increasingly bored with anime recently because of all the cliche's and what-not. But gems like these keep me watching :) |
