Has anyone been able to find the OVA yet? If so, where did you find it?

The OVA you are looking for is the Special episode of Tetsuwan Birdy Decode 2.
Good Luck finding it.

Tokyotosho now has raw to the OVA. The encoding is in Japanese, so if your computer has no Japanese encoding, just wait for other release. Besides, it separated into 6 parts with one part of special clip saying farewell to Shion.

I fix that. There's one part of ova, others are creditless op & ed from both seasons and special PV of Shion singing ed of OVA.

Looks like Nuke Fansubs is indeed working on it, but it's noted that the speed of release will depend on their translator.

Do we live to watch Anime, or watch Anime to live?
