| One that I'm currently watching has sort of had that effect on me, City Hunter. The episodes are very fun to watch and I often find myself watching 4 or 5 of them before I can stop. |

Splitter said: I can definitely say Clannad grabbed me from ep 1. I can't even begin to count the amount of times I've rewatched that ep. Whether it was because of Okazaki (I just like that type of character similar to Kyon and Yuuichi's), Sunohara or Akio (definitely one of the biggest reasons for me to rewatch that ep).......I somehow got attracted by that first ep. For me it was the best way to start a series. :3For people saying they were hooked on K-ON!, Kanon, and Clannad after one episode.... could you inform me why? I mean, K-ON! was a decent show and the other two are in my Top 50 All Time list, but I didn't see anything even remotely memorable or intriguing about the first episodes of those three. Speaking of amazing first eps.........Cross Game started amazingly as well. I won't go too deep into this, but the people who've seen it know what I talk about. I'm looking forward to each new ep for that as well. :D |

| Honey and Clover - I remember insisting I would hate it, then when I watched it I think I fell in love with it around the same time Takemoto fell in love with Hagu. It was intense. Full Moon wo Sagashite- I saw one episode and was struck by a madness. A madness that led me to buy the entire series on DVD without thinking. xD I don't regret it though, but that was weird. Lovely Complex Saikano Skip Beat Gakuen Alice (though this one would eventually disappoint me with its incompleteness) Most anime it takes until the 2-5 episodes for me to fall in love, or even a second viewing. |
