| I wonder what Col. Mustang has in mind. I really doubt he'll just burn Ross like this, he's not such a man after the war. And dating out women? Now that's unlike him. |

| Let me guess, it's part of the flame guy's plan. Ross isn't dead and that was a fake body (I mean how obvious can you get, charcoal her and have a forensic examine her later; even a 5 year old could see it as a hint). I don't know what this anime is trying to be, serious? Yeah right. Comedic? It's not really so. Don't want to sound like a douche bag but it isn't all I hope it to be. I'll still finish it because I finish things I've started. Seriously though, remove the 'blood' and you're left with is something on the level of Pokemon. Maybe if the 'bad guy' wasn't the brother's father I could have tried to take it a bit more seriously. This anime sucks, it better make some sense later on. |

| Good but as perfect as I wanted it to be. Seriously, the poor timing of when Ross's death (Ive read the manga) but still could have made a more serious scene but then they go ahead and straight afterwards include these comedy scenes. Ill timing and just awful at times. |

| Damn that was quite fucked up Ross was quite great it's sad and quite stupid she got killed by Roy, really damn... quite fucked up but still great episode! That ending seemed quite interesting as well! |

| what the fuck she get's killed by Roy? god damn it he didn't even confirm if she killed him or not. fuck you Envy. it's so stupid of Roy of killing Ross just like that. seriously i wonder if the middle of the anime he'll meet Envy and he will tell what really happen. let's see how you can recover from that. Barry and Ling scenes are great :) wow Ed's eyes are freaking serious. man Armstrong is very VERY VERY pissed about this so i guess when Roy suggested Armstrong to go to Eastern Headquarters, it's a subtle telling them to go there if they want to look for clues. and wow Riza leaving just like that. she must be REALLY angry at him. ahaha the subordinate are piss for that bastard Roy acting like nothing happened. damn the manga is really REALLY different after the Greed Arc. cannot wait for the next one :) |

| I guess Mustang just really wants to be the next king, and so will only do what will make his reputation as a soldier better. That ending- so maybe Barry in the armor is actually just an armor given life (which he accused Al of), and the real Barry was the one locked up. |

| I think they're pretty clear in this, that the soul and body are different things, and that the persona is essentially identical with the soul. Thus Alphonse really is the empty suit of armour. The biological processes that go on in the body essentially keep the meat machine going, while the soul sits in the driver's seat. |

| I don't believe that Ross is dead.. the moment I saw the burnt body wearing her bracelet-like dog tags I knew that the body was fake...Mustang must've helped the real Ross escape.. We all know Mustang with his tricks and rackets. And also the fact that Barry, which is under the watch of Mustang's men, helped her escape the jail is pretty much a great evidence. wtf two Barry the Chopper?? hmmmm.. |

| I can't help but hope that the colonel has a hidden righteous plan and the only way to do it was by killing Maria. Surely he isn't dumb enough to actually believe the military, he's been against them this whole time afterall. Seeing her charred body was kinda disturbing. I'm really interested in seeing whose side Armstrong is on. He seems to be a military dog at the moment but he's suspicious over the whole lot. |

| I don't think Roy really killed her, at least I hope not. Burning her body so she couldn't be easily identified, convenient. Then he could have just intentionally put stuff that would prove the bbq is her and voila, you have a dead Ross. |

| Very good episode. Things are going down and peoplea re dying. It was really interesting to see how dark Mustang can be, straight out killing Ross without thinking about it or anything. Kinda scary. |

I thought it would be nice to see what other people thought about the episode and see some speculation but all I got was either rephrasing of what happened or spoilers from people that obviously know what has happened because they already knew the whole story. Sad, this was much better whe I watched things like Monster. : / I probably have to avoid this forum now until I finish the series. |

| Poor Ross. I thought Barry and Ed would help testify for her, but it seems otherwise. The ending was pretty ironic though. Barry once tried to brainwash Al that he may have been an artificially created soul with implanted memories, and if the Barry we know ISN'T the real Barry, then his words played at him. |

| Twist in the narrative that presents many contradictions, however, apparently not tutt'oro that glitters. Not bad gags seen throughout the story, even Armstrong loses the opportunity to make one of his, drawings and animations good. |

| Wow I did not expect her to get killed...I mean, I understand Mustang's pain really, but it's obvious that something fishy is going on with the military so it was ridiculous to take everything at face value like that. I get that he just wants some direction for his anger and revenge, but still...Ross was so nice as well :'( Poor woman did nothing wrong and I hope Mustang feels like shit for what he did later on!! On a positive note, I seem to have a soft spot for Barry the Chopper even tho I prolly shouldn't. Unless he's not the REAL Barry and is actually the very "puppet" he accused Al of being. Oh and Ling is adorkable too. |

| It had to be a fake body, I just dont see Mustang killing one of his subordinates, especially not just because "it's an order". I guess Mustang found out about something big going on inside the military and it would seem the homonculi are none the wiser. (yet) |
