For a Qtec upscale, 720p version is passable. At least they had enough sense to crop out the pillarboxing bars from the BDs on this 4:3 show.

OZC's R1 sub translation is definitely better than the one in KAA / SHS. Though KAA's styling, dialogue timing, notes, and karaoke is so much better, I'd still go with OZC for far superior video quality and translation.

subs are fine, dub is default. encode is horrible, theres jagged lines from upscaling all over the place. maybe its the source, but probably not.

720p is encoded from the 1080p. Audio is extremely low bitrate. Dual audio forced to English default. Font is impossible to read.

BD Dual Audio rips are excellent. I could care less if they use the official subs.

1080p is good. Translations is good. Having eng dub as default, and having a HORRIFICLY bad style choice for the subtitles is NOT good. The size of the font alone already makes a huge difference when watching anime. I wouldn't recommend this.

Video quality seems a little less than Thora but the translation is way better, go for them

High-definition video and audio taken from Japanese Blu-ray releases, and English audio and subtitles taken from US DVD releases. For someone who appreciates anime in both English and Japanese with subtitles, what more could I ask for?

Very good. Subs were quite good in comparison to other groups I'd tried and the video was far superior as it's a remastered set. Dual audio if that interests you as well, though I didn't listen to it so can't give my opinion on the dubs.

Sure the file size may be decent, but there is A LOT of banding (especially in dark scenes) which just ruins the quality.

OCZ are very good at 1080p but their 720p encodes are lazy, dirty things to stop their fans from whining. Go for this if you want 1080p and English audio, but if you want to be a weeboo about it get something else.

Visually, it's the best version of The End you can find. However they do use the Manga Ent. subtitles script that is really inaccurate...

Best version of End Of Eva available, but the subs are from the Manga DVD release so its fairly inaccurate.

I wasn't aware OZC was holding guns to people's heads and forcing them to listen to the English audio. Get G_P if you're that bothered about it or need to conserve CDR-s.
