PICS OF PUPPY?
I have never had any skill at video games. I was the friend that sat on the couch watching my other friends play them. It is cool to be able to keep up with the culture of something even if you yourself are not a key part of that culture. I watch a lot of television but like to know about all shows and actors and stuff even if I don't watch those shows. But that is just a much lamer version of your thing XD Also have you not seen the K-ON movie? |

lol your reviews always made me go "oh yeah" or "now that you mention it" and stuff like that. If I tried writing a review it would be so one dimensional, like "the characters were really cool" or "I felt the art was pretty" or something.

I am tempted to do something as drastic as buy the manga from Japan and ask a Japanese person at my school to read it to me or something, but the content probably isn't appropriate for that request. XD
That is definitely possible. I am really bad at reading between the lines with most things. It pretty much has to be spelled out for me to realize something. |

Oh okay. Nitori's...patience (?) with Doi never made sense to me. I would never forgive someone for doing something like that to me. But I am a much more spiteful person than Nitori XD.
Off topic, I started reading Gunjo because it was on your manga list ages ago. But the scanlation group hasn't released a chapter in more than a year so I have been going insane haha. Did you decide to stop reading it? |

This probably sounds stupid, but who are you referring to when you say "heavy deuteragonist"? (Mako?)
And even though it may have been cliche to have even more "coming out" chapters, I was always interested in seeing Fumi come out to her family. But I doubt that will be the subject of the final chapters. Chapter 50 pretty much answered the couple question. I am interested to see what note the series will end on. I pray it gets licensed in hard copy versions. The Wandering Son books by Fantagraphics are amazing (with the exceptions of some of their TL notes) and I love having hard back versions to collect. A random thought I have about things. I feel that sometimes anime can bring a manga or light novel to life and surpass the original material in a way. Not saying it is "better" than the source material necessarily, but watching K-ON gives me so many more feelings than reading the manga. Chihayafuru is so suspenseful and exciting and the manga doesn't grip me the same way. But I feel some stories (like Hourou Musuko and Aoi Hana) work better as manga. The character expressions and sometimes mostly empty backgrounds emphasize things for me that the anime versions didn't do the same way. I can't really describe it I guess. Sorry for the rant haha. I have only been following it chapter by chapter for...I really don't know. Since Chapter 37? Not THAT long, but still something I looked forward to and one of the only manga I actually can stand to read.
I am a little nervous about the ending too. I don't want to say it seems abrupt, since they are near high school graduation and the story is reaching its climax in terms of the main romance, but I have no idea how it will end with three chapters left to read. I want a happy ending, but I am not sure what that would be either. I also hope this isn't a sign that she will be ending Hourou Musuko in the next year or something. (I keep thinking that one is about to end but it never does. Not that I want it to.) |

Ehh. I haven't talked to you directly before, but I was sad a few years ago you've deleted all your reviews.
Recently stumbled across your profile by chance and then saw the blog. The relation to Monet is perfectly fitting for here. To see all your reviews removed... it wasn't the inherent quality of them, but how many people have liked it and how you just happen to "destroyed" most of them in one go. Well, it seems like you're back. You probably have exhausted the same story to everyone else here, so I won't ask for more details. But does this mean you are back to write more reviews? |

Sadly, I haven't gotten to play nearly as much as I want. I'm still obsessed with Dark Souls and play Borderlands 2 every available Tuesday. But I don't get much time for other gaming. But I'm glad to see you're back in the groove.
Even though I know you have no games, I'm betting you're excited about that Link to the Past remake for the 3DS. Also, if you've gotten to enjoy some good (or terribad) anime lately, then let me know. |

Also that guy that always shows up going "Get 'em! Get 'em!" is really funny to me. So have you shifted to spending your free time on American television and cartoons vs anime? |
