The woods chapter was really short. So I think they could've worked it in, but hey. It wasn't ultra essential, though they do reference the incident in the later books. You'll notice a few other slight changes too later on I think.

I enjoyed reading your response and have to say the following is my response. I will remind you that at one point there was a mention of "Balloons" mentioned. I think it was directly referencing possibly those stars being in fact hight tech machines dispersing something of a radio waves or sprinkling powder that is nano machinery itself but is programmed as a update only.
The problem with that is that the ones that programmed it can have any type of control over those people with what may be computer command lines. For example kill yourselves. If humanity is dependent on that, then it could all kill itself. Scary shit? You bet. That's why the Lost Millennium is smart in a way. they have what you call "True Freedom". |

Nine books after the first one. Plus two where Anne plays a smaller role. So there's alot for me to read, but well worth it ofcourse. :>
Well, my local library didn't have the books either, so they got them from a library in Bergen for me. You could try something like that. Or just buy 'em online. And ou guys and your thanksgivings. Hope it was a nice one. |

Two things. Bought Fallout: New Vegas and it's a blast. Even if it's fairly bugged it still deliveres.
It has the no-nonsense start of Fallout 1. Where after you've done picking your skills and made your character you get items to match those skills and off you go. There's also diffrent ammo types that Fallout 3 lacked and the two first had. The New Vegas part of the game is kind of a throwback to New Reno in Fallout 2, except New Vegas has a ruler, so there's less of a power struggle with the gangs there. I love it. <3 Also, perhaps more relevant to your interest, I just finished the first Anne book and started on the 2nd, and Anne is now a teacher. There was a few diffrences between the book and the series, though no big ones. Some things were added and some didn't make it in the series. I'm sure I could go into details when I catch you on MSN. |

To be honest, I didn't really like Night on the Galactic Railroad all that much, thought it was alittle too long for it's own good. Maybe you'll like it more though.
