It is definitely a respectable piece of work worthy of the praise it gets. I found the pyramid scheme thing arc boring, though. Otherwise, it was pretty great. Good how it handles real-life issues (drugs, suicide, etc.) without going into supernatural explanations. I have nothing wrong with supernatural stuff, of course, but it's sometimes to see good stuff that doesn't rely on it.

I suppose...I don't get to do much with this position. dtsyk gets the Japan-central news and there isn't much else that's news-worthy here. I'm not new to moderating since I'm a Global Mod on another forum, so sometimes I feel I could be doing more.

Moving into your own place or college dorm? Either way, pretty good! I lived in my university's dorm for a year but dorm life isn't really for me.

I agree entirely on Eureka Seven, score included. It may have just been too long for its own good. It was strongest with Ray and Charles. Really, Renton should have just stayed with them. I could love an anime about that.

I definitely enjoyed K-On! as well, but the second season just kind of wore me down. At the beginning (of the second season) I was enjoying it more than ever and it was my most anticipated show every week, but around the halfway point and all the way to the end it just started to feel like the same stuff over and over again...I hope this doesn't sound like a rant because I don't mean it that way at all. I think it's a very good show for what it is, but I just didn't like it as much as fans of the genre will. Yui is love, though. She was once listed in my ten favorite characters, even.

Well, as far as movies go, it's mostly just like tv shows. The raw will be out first but you won't need to wait long for subs. The longer wait will be the one for it to come out on Bluray and DVD first.

Oh, yeah, that scene at the end of Honey and Clover just makes me cry every time I think about it. I only saw it once, but when I remember it, I just feel my whole heart tighten up and my stomach turn a bit because it was just so painful to think of how bittersweet life is.

As for K-ON!!, it really, really moved on up from its first season even if the music was a bit weaker. There was only even one episode that nearly spoiled the whole thing for me, but I decided to wave it away considering it was nothing more than filler. But it still leaves me with a rather sour taste in my mouth considering I was hoping that the series would have done its run without sinking into that territory. Oh well. 10/10 doesn't necessarily mean perfection, though others might say so.
