It had been confirmed that the second season of Highschool DxD is going to cover volume 3-4 of the LN instead of 3-6. I'm glad to hear that because if they do 4 volumes for just 12-13 episodes only, it will be too much and the pacing will be horrid. Doing 2 volumes is much more fitting.

I hope AT-X will do it, so we can see it uncensored, but there may be possible it will be censored like what they did to TLRD.

Hey buddy! its being a while indeed! sorry for not responding your last one,being kinda busy and really had time to only watch anime and reading so not really responding that much this last 2 weeks -.-
Glad that you find some more time man! i know how hard its a first to find the perfect pace to balance work/school and fun specially the first months you start,it will take some time believe me but you will get it sooner or later and glad you finding more balance to it and had more time and for sure later on you will find a even better balance to it :)

As what i being doing reading wise beyond the weekly mangas after i finish OP 2 weeks ago i decide to read Mahouka until Vol4(Freaking amazing!!) and this last week before start the next big one i decide to read many mangas that either will had adaptations this next season or wanted to read for a while.
So i read Akame ga Kill,Ansatsu Kyoushitsu,Beelzebub,Blood Lad,Chikan Otoko,Gin no Saji,Nisekoi,Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaete mo Omaera ga Warui! I either catch up or finish with each one of these...just notice how much i had read in a little more that a week only reading 3hours or less each day O.O
And lastly catching up with Sora no Otoshimono(half way there) today and then tomorrow will start the big adventure of reading Index....HOLY SHIT THATS GOING TO BE LOOOOOOONG!! =.=
As CG still havent had time to find a day i can marathon it so just being watching daily anime and watch Rozen Maiden that as well will have a 3th or better said Reboot next season.Still hope i find a day i can finally marathon CG...but probably will take another 2 weeks until since i am doing something that its absorbing most of my time on the mornings and afternoons -.-

Too bad hearing about how ur still this busy and ur pace isn't going well. Hope u get things going well soon.
I'm currently on a Euro trip with my family for about 2 weeks and after I get back I'm gonna get a little busy.

Btw I finished Rewrite and totally loved it a lot. Really brilliantly done VN. In general better than LB though Refrain was better than Terra (not that Terra was bad. On the contrary it was epic)
So yeah since I'm gonna be busy I won't play any other VNs for a while and decided to stay with LNs for now. And finally decided on continuing Index :)
Also Raxius too. After he finished Beelzebub he'll start too :)
So if u get the chance why not join us and start index? U said u might get a bit more free time half way through June right?

Anime...

SnK...I found the pacing to be really nice nd didn't mind at all.

Valvrave and MP are definitely improving and I'm starting to genuinely enjoy them :)

DAL was really enjoyable. Since Kurumi made her debut this anime has really improved and yeah that Origami scene was hot.
Really interested in his and kotori's past. I actually wanted to read what's translated but decided against it.
Damn Kotori's and Kurumi are op.


Henneko...that was surprising. Damn Yokodera kissed her not once but. Twice. O.O how will he explain that to Tsukiko? I really don't mind any of the 2girls to win. I love them both as much. But yeah Tsukiko is most likely the winner.

Finally, I finished Volume 4 of Date A Live, after reading that last two chapter 9 and 10. I started to like Kotori a little more. I will say chapter 10 was dramatic and the battle was quite badass.

The LN of Hataraku Maou-sama was on Baka Tsuki's Teaser list, I can't to read it and see it soon.

Yeah man...really enjoying Rewrite and just finished from the 3rd route today...though unfortunately I'll be stopping for a couple of weeks or so to study stupid exams T_T

For SAO...well I'm liking this experience of reading it weekly. It's not bad. Esp since I won't have that much time this Summer to sit and read that much in one go so reading it like this is nice :)

Ah okay. I think you'll find it to be a great experience. The only slow parts you'll have to endure are in the common route, which shouldn't be all that bad considering that most long VNs probably have the same problem [I was told that LB!'s common route isn't the most exciting one either; it actually shows in the anime, too]. I really do insist that the true route in Ever 17 surpasses even that of G-Senjou's, which makes it a true masterpiece imo. Until I read Clannad, Steins;Gate, and Muv Luv Alternative, I doubt anything can top this stunning VN for me. >.<

Well, I'm already enjoying what little I've seen of Sachi's route [I'm at the part where they're trying to detain Mana from being sold to her own country; it's starting to get dramatic], and I'm almost positive the later chapters will be even better. Kenichi is also a really likable protagonist, probably even more so than Kyousuke, due to a good balance of character [he can be goofy and arrogant, but he's always a man of justice who's there for his friends]. While this VN likely won't surpass G-Senjou for me (due to the heroines being less likable overall), it should still be a 8+/10 if it's as good as I think it is. :D

I won't go into details since that'd be far too long, so I'll just give short comments on them.

Shingeki: Awesome stuff. Really surprised me with how well this adaptation has been doing. Even the "fillers" were inserted naturally and actually served to accentuate the dark mood, as well as giving the characters more depth. Easily a 8/10 for me right now.

Maou-sama: Still hilarious and remains my favorite comedy of the season. The fight scenes are mixed well with comedic moments, making the experience light hearted and fun. I don't think this show should try to become too serious, since it's perfectly doing a great job putting comedy as its primary appeal. Wouldn't hurt to see some more romance later on, though. My current rating for it is a 7.5/10.

Oregairu: I'm liking the protagonist a lot, hope he continues to be a cynical bastard. Lol, just kidding. I can easily see him changing little by little as the series progresses. I doubt that he will suddenly become a cheerful person, but I also don't think he will remain pessimistic all the way [that'd be too depressing]. Yukino and Yui are also both likable heroines. So yeah, I'm liking it so far. 6.5/10 for me.

Oreimo 2: This is starting to become more interesting. I found the recent episodes to be entertaining, especially that date episode with Kirino [Kyousuke's "my darling" line had me rofl]. I'm indifferent as to which girl he ends up picking, contrary to many Kuroneko supportors [I'm actually somewhat of a Saori shipper, but the chances of that happening is slim to none probably XD]. Overall a 6.5/10 as well.

Railgun S: This show is definitely looking like it'll be better than the first season (it already is, actually). The fact that Accelerator will show up next episode is already giving me the goosebumps. Definitely one of the top shows of the season imo. 7/10.

Chihayafuru 2: Still good, but not as amazing as first season. I'm personally more interested in the character interactions than the game itself, and season 2 has mostly focused on the latter. I believe it could use more drama and less gameplay. That's just me, though. :p. Currently a 7.5/10 for me.

HxH: The CA arc is arguably my favorite arc in the manga, so needless to say I'm highly stoked to see this animated. So far it's been doing a great job building up the dark mood. It's using fillers in a similar fashion to Shingeki --- something I never thought would actually work so well, but it's certainly working in fleshing out its characters (both the antagonists and the human victims). If everything goes well, this arc might even surpass the YS arc in epicness. :D. A solid 8.5/10 for me.

Gargantia: I didn't like this episode much, if at all, because it didn't really serve any real purpose other than to give Ledo his developments [interacting with other humans to become more human himself, etc]. The presentation felt sloppy and slow; I didn't love the comedy either. As a whole, this series still has potential to be good, but it hasn't been consistently entertaining for me as of now. Based on its current progress, I'd have to give it a 6/10.

Valvrave: Not looking like it'll be a promising mecha. It feels like a Gundam Seed/Code Geass rip-off. I'm mostly watching for its aesthetics; the visuals are pretty appealing. Other than that, it's a pretty bad show imo. 4/10 as of current.

Henneko: I'm enjoying it more than before, although it's still not that original, nor is it unique. Tsukiko is definitely a cute character, though. And Tsukushi being a siscon is something I did not see coming XD. Overall, it's a fairly passable series that I certainly don't regret watching. 5.5/10.

DAL: This is what I'd call the definition of a generic harem. It's cliche, unoriginal, and uneventful, but it's not irritating to watch for the most part either. I originally said I liked Tohka, and that still hasn't changed to this day; she's cute as fuck. Though she's probably my only incentive for watching it, lol. 4/10.

DS2: I'm not enjoying it as much as I used to, due to Hibiki being a typical, righteous hero. This show's casts feel inferior to Persona 4's [mainly the girls]. Don't get me wrong, this still isn't a bad show --- just not a very good one from a technical perspective imo. 6/10.
