NO. How the hell is Baccano ecchi!?!? lmao. By mature, i meant the characters did lesser "over-acting" and weren't very hyper. Sorta more composed.

SO TRUUUEE. But since i havent watched any anime since last year (barring mirai nikki), i ended up watching it whole. Baccano is a bit umm "mature" and slow-starting, yes.
