Wow I'm sorry that I haven't replied as well, I too have been busy.

Strangely enough I didn't do much thinking into Ringo and Shouma the thoughts just came naturally, probably from the fact that I sometimes have to analyse things so doing stuff like that comes out quite easily.

Oh have you seen the recent episode of Mawaru Penguindrum? seriously stuff just got mysterious, wait just checked your list, yeah you've watched it so I can talk about it :P

Hm this actually in some way gets me more hopeful for Ringo x Shouma, her mother thought they were a couple, and I may actually think that Ringo doesn't love Tabuki, but she does 'love' him due to believing she has Momoka's fate, which would mean she would follow it blindly even if she herself didn't like him, still Ringo just got like 10% more creepy but that's fine :P

On the note about the red haired girl, I really think she may be related to 'Bitch Hat' I mean she has her own PENGUIN, at first I thought she could be some kind of creepy stalker of Kanba's but I really am lost now, all we know is this mysterious Project M.

Hm there is definately some good potential compatibility between the two, and as you very rightly said, Shouma is the complete opposite of his brother, strangely enough that even shows in physical traits, blue hair in contrast to red, their mannerisms are different, from cocky Kanba to slightly unconfident Shouma (I think he whilst having some confidence may have self-esteem or confidence problems, he always seems to hesitate about things and say he can't do something I think), in this respect I think the two have been made purposely to contrast, meaning yes Shouma would probably be very respectful towards girls he's dating since Kanba doesn't seem to particularly care.
I believe Tabuki will never realise her feelings, I don't know why but he seems the sort of person who is clincally dense, and never gets things, you can see this through his attitudes to both Yuri (Blonde woman) and Ringo, I do believe he'd reject her though, the only way he'll find out is a confession by Ringo, which may happen is her diary has such a scenario down.... Dessstinnnyyy :P

I do think the way you explained Ringo searching for someone else kind of counts as a rebound guy, which isn't very fair on Shouma, well it can't be a rebound because she never dated Tabuki hmmm, though I think Ringo will be slow on the uptake if she starts developing feelings for Shouma, I think without that diary she is hopeless when it comes to love.

Shouma is a really nice guy, but imagine through Ringo's eyes, at the moment he seems to be around every single time something goes wrong, this could mean she see's Shouma as bad luck, a skunk got her, her food was eaten, she nearly killed Himari (which stemmed from Shouma's very stupid reply of an alien organism being the hat which would have angered anyone looking for a serious reply), but I do think despite this she will develop feelings for him.

I believe 'taming' (sorry couldn't find a better for it in this situation) when it comes to someone like Ringo will make Shouma more of a man, he is quite effeminate looking, and he seems slightly submissive, so maybe a strong person like Ringo would actually toughen him up a little, maybe make him more umm assertive, but at the same time I think this would take away some of Shouma's goodness.

I never thought he was a girl, you see his uniform indicated against it :P (I'm a genius aren't I!), I originally got the idea of Ringo and Shouma because of how many meetings occur between the two, in episode one I think Shouma turns around and looks at Ringo in a crowd and this is where I originally thought, Oh great the heroes love interest will probably be a shy awkward girl, NOOOPE instead she turned into a character far beyond my original expectations, which in turn has made me fall in love with the potential pairing.

They meet every episode, the first person she see's is often Shouma when it comes to the main characters, often running into each other, also Kanba has even pushed Shouma into interracting with Ringo a few times, this is to give them more screentime together which I believe indicates the producers are trying to create a dynamic between the two, especially in the most recent episode because in the SURVIVAL STRATEGY it had to be Shouma who ended up with Ringo in her first SS :P.

Then you see his reactions to her actions and every time it seems as if there is something between them, they showed clear contrast, determined to indecisive in just one survival strategy, which helped me shift towards them more.

Also finally the diary seems to be in fact pointing at Shouma whenether something positive happens, for example the kiss, the curry (which shouma ate and said was delicious), but the diary also seems to be working with Yuri's fate in regards to Tabuki, especially in the most recent episode in the café.

So yeah I am also worried I have stopped making sense lol, but I really like this potential pairing, also thanks for your kind words on the No.6 thread, it's nice to know someone appreciates my actions to stop the hate lol.

Oh heres a quick question, what do you think is up with the Red haired girl and Kanba? (I've mentioned this a few times on the forums but both had penguin logo items such as the ball she fired and the envelope), I think Kanba is up to no good :P
