Kugutsue | 08-11-12, 3:42 AM
I am! And I hope I'm here to stay, finally...
I'm great. Things are really going good for me. I dropped Korean studies but I managed to get into Japanese studies this year so I'm really happy! And how about you, Jen-chan? How are things? <333 |

Ah, here I don't get summer season.
Haahaha.. So right now I just started to enjoy my 3 weeks of holiday. Just by watching variety show... You? |
|

Well that's more than good enough Yona-chan. (I kinda want to use -sama but you don't like that do you) ^-^
Oh you have to wait that long... I'm guessing you must be really unnerved now then, seeing as they decide whether you get accepted or not. It goes without saying I really wish you to make it, I'm sure you will some way or another though. ^_^ Well yeah I'm not really super-lazy, I just get really easily tired and low on energy. My stamina-bar is small. And I'm kind of lazy. *-* Well you shouldn't really ask me that Yona-chan, but yes, I'm planning on taking a year off education. But before that, there's my last semester at college starting in two weeks, kind of looking forward to it actually, hopefully I'll be able to put in some work in order to learn japanese. :3 Hmm, not really very rowdy, they were just being small kids. Meaning they couldn't talk much, were unable to consentrate for long, they didn't understand that others have feelings too and they were messy eaters. Luckily I managed to get through both weeks without changing any diapers... >.> It wasn't all that bad though, my employer was really contempt with me, and even though I felt out of place and acted timidly, I did my best. ^_^ London was alright, the thing I'll remember the most is the amount of people, soooo many. *-* I felt really small and unimportant while there. Oh yes I've been there a couple times before, some of my family lives there. Oh you shouldn't do that Yona-chan, spoil certain parts of the game like that. Unless it's too late already, you should stay patient and wait for an opportunity to properly play it me thinks. You'll probably get a way better impression of the game if you do, it took me a little while to get into it. The game has its creepy moments, it's done really well though, it's all psychological and emotional rather than graphical. The ending you watched was the one with the girl with pink hair, Clover? She's one of my favourite characters, along with Snake probably. It's just an observation and I wanted to tell you . ^_^ And thank you too! |
|
222g1ts3v | 08-07-12, 1:20 PM
^_^ Of course I remember you silly.
I'm happy you've found your way back to MAL, even though it's a little bit sad you won't be spending that much time on here onwards. But don't worry, it's probably a good sign that you're busy with other things, at least I hope so. So, how are you then? Happy I hope. ^^ Me? I don't know, I'm good I guess. ^^ School finished alright, I got decent grades but nothing more, not that I could ask for much more, having been as lazy as I have the previous year... >.> My summer's been a bit busy for my liking, I worked two weeks at a kindergarten which was not all that fun (I only like kids when they're quiet, cute and cooperative), I was in London one week, I was one week in the countryside with my family and tomorrow I'm going to Sweden... >_< Do you remember the DS-game you recommended to me, 9 Hours 9 persons 9 Doors? Have you played it yet? I did, and absolutely loved it, the dialogue and characters were so interesting, and there was constantly things happening that I never could have predicted. It kind of overshadowed the rest of the London-trip hehe. Actually I haven't really played that many games, or watched that much anime either, but right now I'm playing Persona 3 for the first time and I'm really enjoying that too. ^^ It's been such a long time since we talked, thanks! And remember that you're really really kind Jennifer. :3 |

Indeed you do. :D The illustrations are amazing, aren't they?
I didn't get the mirror, I'm not sure about Kyon yet, and the one I got a role in is still in editing. Hrmm... well, if I had gotten the mirror role, it was going to be an adventure game. The role for Kyon is a youtube project People are voting for the voices, but as I said in the description, they used take 3, and the worst, in the voting video. But, the guy said he would fix that :D The last one is an audiodrama for a person's website. Reminds people of AnoHana? Well, I can kinda of see why, being that it's the same director, and some similarities slip in. That director does great with people problems :p But, ehh... It is an entirely different feel, especially the latter half of it. The AnoHana DVDs (which are subbed) release here in early July. Like the first week, but Rightstuf isn't loading so I can't check the exact date. First, it's only releasing on a Premium edition, like the company did for Toradora (which I still need to get TT.TT) And I plan to get it, just for the art book with all the character bios, sketches and what not. It says it'll have commentary, too. I love commentary, so... :D About a month ago. I didn't like the first two episodes :p They just seemed kind of... awkward? But it started picking up, and it shaped out to be a great series. It's still running with 7 novels and counting, so I'm hoping it'll get a second season. (OreImo did, and it's in the position for a third one if it goes well, considering it has 10 novels and counting) E3 :DD:D:D:D I watched Sony and Nintendo's showcase. To be honest, they were really downscale compared to last year. I wasn't as excited about every little thing. I'm looking forward to Beyond and Sony All-Stars, though. I'm really glad Luigi's Mansion 2 and Paper Mario 3D have release dates and official names, now :D And I'm really excited for KH3D, especially since it comes out at the end of next month. I better set aside some money for that. I really want to get a Vita and WiiU(when it comes out) but both of them have to step up there game, because neither one has garnered enough excitement for me. (Until Final Fantasy X HD comes out for both PS3 and Vita :D) I'm excited for some really good games that have yet to come out, so maybe I'll get Vita after another year or so? http://nintendo3dsblog.com/the-first-english-trailer-for-kingdom-hearts-3d/ http://nintendo3dsblog.com/square-enix-announces-the-cast-for-kingdom-hearts-3d-and-a-few-new-screenshots/ |

It's not the weaboo thing at all, it just doesn't appeal to me. I'm fine with my mates cosplaying favourite characters but for me to do it is out of the question. Just how I am I'm afraid.
PS Do you use skype or MSN? |

Oh and regarding both Nier and Final Fantasy XIII-2, the song you sent me kinda reminded me of the best song in XIII-2, the singer sounded really similar.
It's actually quite beautiful and also kind of sad, here; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AcLetgnrcIo |

-_-
Silly me pushed the wrong button when i was about to post my reply and now I have to write it all over again, gah! ... But yeah, I'm glad to hear everything went well with your exams! I'm not sure exactly what it was, but the things that made XIII so good and unique just wasn't there in XIII-2, I didn't manage to care much for the game although I wanted to. I really hope you enjoy XIII though. Oh yeah I'm looking forward to that, it seems to have a lot of potential and Noctis is really cool too. Yes it is, I think that in my home I'd have lots of coloured lights, lamps and lanterns, pillows and pretty or strange wall-decorations and paintings, as well as the occasional plushie or poster. And that's what's fun with decorating your home, personalizing it and doing it your very own way, I don't get those who seem desperate to follow all the latests trends and norms just to have a home that is supernormal. I don't really worry much about my future profession, I guess a lot less than the average student at my age, I'm sure I'll find something I can enjoy doing. It does doesn't it, I kind of want to feel like stepping inside a painting, letting my surroundings tell me a beautiful story, look at the trees and touch the tranquility... =w= I live in a little village outside of a coastal town in which I go to school, it rains a lot here but when it doesn't it can be really beautiful. Summer just arrived here the other day it seems, it's all colourish and pretty outside, in the city close to my school there's a tiny lake with cherry blossom trees surrounding it, and those are so beautiful in the spring and early summer when they bloom. If I ever get to have my own garden I will definitely have one such tree. As for the village I live in, it's in the hillside and not very special. What about where you live? I haven't really played it much lately, mainly due to Skyrim. :3 I thought I had done most of what to do in that game, but it seems to just keep giving and being fun. Right now I'm collecting books for my personal library, and also decorating my home down to the smallest detail, which is really fun but also time-consuming. I also introduced my sister to the game, she really loves it too despite initially being slightly sceptical. Sooo, if you ever find the time between your other projects and interests, you really should try Skyrim out as it really is great. ^_^ I only have one exam this year, hehe... ^-^ It's in mathematics, so I'm not very worried about it, I'll read the day before the exam and not stress around it much. This year I've got 5 subjects which are final, meaning that the grade I get in those will be on my diploma (is that what you call it?). In all those subjects I think I'll get a 5 (our grading system is like the dice, 1 through 6, 6 being the best), except for french which I really hate, I think I'll get a 3 there. Overall I'm pleased with my grades though. ^^ I've heard of Nier yes, but never payed it much attention as it looked like just another uninspired action-game. This song is really beautiful though, unique and full of emotion. I really really like it, thanks! :3 If the game is as good as the music I think I must try it, but from what I've heard it isn't... What do you think? Yeah the steampunk one, it was really stylish! Thank you... n_n *hugs* |

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Honestly, that sounds adorable! Nomnomnomnom~ I just recently got a role in an audio drama and MIGHT be playing Kyon in a Haruhi Fan-animation of a story that hasn't been animated yet! The role in the audio drama is small, but I've got to start somewhere. I also have a chance at a Mirror in an adventure game, which would be fun, because he speaks in rhyme! :D Yes, agreed! No positive opinions? Well, I wasn't too sure of it at first, and at later times, it seems to shove some drama aspects down your throat where as other times the drama is smooth and well executed. This may not be a surprise, considering, but the love hexagon here reminded me vaguely of AnoHana's dilemmas, but on a slightly larger scale. I really love the last 2 seconds too, but although their brief, you get a wide open ending that I really like. Llamono? Some of them, yes. But for the most part, I spontaneously write stuff. I wrote a story called "The Treasure Chest" a while back, it was ALL on the fly, and looking back, I could have planned and increased the depth on it a little more, but I think it came out pretty good. Oh, and no rush really. Thank you! I see. I seem to have some sort of special ability. Everywhere I look, people are busy because of school and what-not, but I got through high school with a LOT of free time over the year, no matter how much it seemed like I should have been busy, and passed with flying colors. I graduated, so there's that QoQ I'm going to be doing creative writing classes and drama classes in college, too. Have you seen Papakiki yet? |

I don't really like cosplaying, but I could pull of araragi quite easily since I'm asian, look like him, have the exact same posture build and hair. All I need to do is somehow manage an ahoge and put on one of my suits and I've more or less got it. It's a lazy way to do it but heh, I'm not a fan of cosplaying.

Hiya. ^^
Sorry for the delay, the last weeks were quite busy. :) Maw, I hope you'll get to study in that Applied Arts school. It sounds awesome! EDC sounds nice too, though. Thankee for your wishes. ^^ I must say, I got tired a bit of watching anime series lately. Mostly because of the fprmat. I'm just more in the mood for movies. In fact, best friend and I decided to revisit old movies (80s so far), either the ones he loved, either the ones I loved and thus make the other discover them. ^^ So, when you asked me to tell you about Nazo no Kanojo X, as I'm not sure I will continue watching it, I don't know what to say! Hrmm, let's try to sum it up with positive and negative points (for me! After all, everyone is different and has different tastes :p): Positive points: They're cute. The story is sweet. The fanservice is light and pretty. The girl is quite awesome and she makes lots of sense (she is very mature). The drool is to me something sensual and I like they use it as a way to share something. Negative points: The dude is annoying. :p They're teens so the whole story is about "zomg will I kiss her? Will I see her in swimsuit? How big are her boobs?!", etc. It's not extremely passioning to me. :D If you don't like body fluids, you will get to see drool in every episode, and most of the times more than once. Nevertheless, I never saw it as gross. Personal opinions may vary, I saw many persons in that forum who disliked it. *shrugs* VoilĂ . :) As for the games go, I know of Final Fantasy (was a huge huge fan of the 7), Heavy Rain (I didn't play it but boyfriend and I enjoyed each other watching a very funny Walkthrough on Youtube ^^), Kingdom Hearts (boyfriend played some of it), and that's it! I can't say I have any favourite video games but I really really really really enjoyed playing, with the Wii, House of the Dead: Overkill. I played it with boyfriend, we were the two "cops" killing zombies and that game was one of the best moments of our life. :D (well, at least inside our flat XD) And maw at you carrying your PSP around. :D I never had a portable console, I did want one badly when I was younger though. Although, we could consider the iPad some kind of one now. :p :D Only for ickle games though. ^^ Did you get some holidays lately? Here, we got two weeks. The first one was pretty awesome as we travelled some with boyfriend and we then celebrated his 30 birthday). The second one was meh for most of it as I hurt my back. :/ But then, my nephew and his boyfriend came to spend four days at our flat and we had a great time. :D I wish you to spend some nice moments too. ^^ Hugs, Lily |

As always, there's no need to apologize Yonah-senpai! ^^ But thanks, I'm doing fine thank you, and my studies are going all right too.
...I'll be looking forward to that then. :3 And of course, lots of good luck from me to you on your exams! |

For Steins;Gate, things start to happen around episode 6, but it doesn't really get going until episode 12. Just keep going... you'll be glad you did :)
I'm only following Fate/Zero for now; there's just too much anime for me to catch up on first! I'm really enjoying FZ though, and I'm really happy with how the second season has picked up the pace a little bit. It's really quite exciting since things are only going to get more interesting from here on out. |

The crowds here bother me because of the over-weabooness, Japan will have a larger crowd, yes, but granted the scale of the cons there it's natural. Crowds over here are unbearable considering the quality of the expo that we have access to in the UK. I don't mind dealing with large crowds, I prefer not to.
