me too! i can't cut onions worth crap. i tear up as well...same thing with grilling. the smoke always blows into my eyes and then i look like i dropped my ice cream cone (bawling like a baby). so then i position myself to face the direction the wind is blowing...and of course, the wind direction changes...like it's trolling me or something. "THE FUCK WIND? i will kill you if you don't stop messing with me." <_<;

ahhh residual heat. that concept has screwed me over so many times that it's not funny. with noodles especially. i usually cook my noodles until they're very soft in the water, take it out and forget that it cooks some more in the bowl with the soup since obviously the soup is hot too. then it gets too soft. T_T btw, thanks for the tips on how you made those pork chops. at some point, i'll go out and by some to try it out. i'll probably make mashed potatoes though. that seems more traditional than rice with pork chops. i'll post pics of the results once i get around to doing that. you know...assuming that i don't burn down the entire house in the process. <_<;

i don't know what is up with your tumblr, but i'm having trouble with the ask box now too. wtf. it doesn't give me the page where it says you received the question, so if you go on tumblr and see the same comment 5 times, then you know that i tried a bunch of times without knowing that you already got it on the first try, lmao. in case you didn't though, sometimes plan b ends up being way more fun and preferable over the original plan. just sayin'. :D something tells me this is about tyler in one way or another. you know, when i was talking about relationships with my mom, she said that a man and a woman can't continuously keep in contact with each other while just maintaining a status of just friends. not sure if you believe that, but if she's right, then i would imagine that you're making progress with him.

also, i got to the episode of the johnny killer, lmao. i didn't realize i was watching a horror anime, although it might be a comedy to women out there. xD

you know...macaroni and cheese soup actually sounds good. maybe i'm just weird, but i would pay money to try that. <_<; LOL. i wouldn't mind if you set my steak on fire actually. i like my steaks really well done. i think one of the worst sights in the world is cutting into a steak and seeing blood ooze out from the middle section. ugh. i really want to go to the benihana restaurant before i die. it's a japanese steakhouse where you sit around the chef as he grills your steak in front of you with cool knife tricks.

WHY?!" *flips over a desk* T__T i suppose we will always have MAL as a communication channel though. :) your final fantasy things posts brings back so many memories. i'm gonna play final fantasy 13 after i beat persona 4, although i heard it was bad. i especially loved the post about saving your game, and then not remembering if you just saved so you save again, rofl. i do that all the time. also the one that just says, "ribbons." you didn't post that one, but i want to yell, "take that marlboros! your bad breath has nothing on me now!" everytime i get the ribbon accessory.

in theory, losing weight is pretty simple. if your body burns more calories than what you're consuming in calories, you will lose weight. however there are so many variables that it's frustrating. for example, if you eat 2000 calories every single day, your body actually adjusts its metabolism to only burn 2000 calories a day as well. that's why most people who suddenly eat less in their diet lose a ton of weight at first, but it becomes more and more difficult to shed pounds as they go on. your body is smart enough to actually adapt to your eating habits. how do you manage to control your portions though? i have no will power whatsoever. the original plan of a "cup of ice cream" easily turns into "half a carton." it's too delicious! :9

i read your tumblr and i wanted to let you know that you're not the only clumsy person in the kitchen. i didn't set anything on fire, but one time, i baked a pizza and took the pizza out of the oven as usual. however, i forgot to turn off the oven so the oven was on the entire night, rofl. seems like such a huge waste. let me know when you get fruity pebbles cupcakes up on tumblr. i'll save the pic and dedicate a profile image of it to show off your culinary genius! :D

as long as you're changing those things about yourself for your sake, then that's good. i hope everything works out for you. based on how i'm looking at things, maybe tyler is just playing hard to get or something? i mean...if he's letting you hold his hand, then there's gotta be something going on. what kind of friend lets you do that? seriously. if one of my friends just started to hold my hand...i'd be like, "what do you think you're doing?" i think you guys are way past the friend stage at least.

i wouldn't know much about playstation network. i typically don't play online so i have no opinion on that. i did hear that the voice chat feature sucked hardcore before but that it has gotten better as well. *shrugs*

wtf nikki. i'm even way more confused than before regarding your whole boyfriend situation and the red string of fate. maybe i'm just stupid or something...cause i'm not getting it. my theory: you created that red string of fate picture for him and sent it to him to help him get a clue -> he's just as dense as me and is totally not getting it -> however, you guys are currently seeing each other but not "officially" dating. am i way off? am i still thinking too "in the box?" yeah, in regards to the girl who was pregnant...yup, her parents pretty much wanted to kill her for doing something so stupid. they really wanted her to abort the child, but i agree...it's really admirable that she took responsibility and kept the kid. at the same time, i also can kinda respect the decision to abort a child too in this situation (personally, i'm pro-life) since that child will grow up with someone who may not be ready to be a mother, will grow up without a dad, and will grow up to know that his/her existence didn't allow the mother to pursue college or other dreams. that's a tough situation in of itself. this whole thing reminds me of the "child birth" video we saw in sex education class back in middle school. after watching that video, i literally said, "thank you god...for making me a guy." lmao. i seriously think girls have it a lot tougher than guys do. they have to do their nails, make sure their hair is pretty, go through hell to have a child, shave every day...but guys...we wake up with bed-head, put on some deodorant and off to work we go with no one the wiser. :P anyways...GOOD JOB ON BEING A GIRL! *pats your shoulder*

sushi is just plain gross. "hey! let's take raw cuts of fish and place them on ultra tiny bits of rice wrapped in seaweed!" "that's brilliant! we can charge a large amount for those hors d'oeuvres sized portions too!" ugh. the first time i had sushi, my dad insisted i dip in wasabi sauce, so i tried it. i then breathed in and this burning sensation flooded through to my nose. i cried...like literally tears were coming out of my eyes. ;_; that was the day that sushi/wasabi sauce made a very powerful enemy. *shakes fist angrily*
