Remember that my score isn't critical, it represents my enjoyment with the game/anime (more on my profile). 7 is a "satisfied" "very worthy of my time" score: - It wasn't a 9 because it didn't like it enough to say that it's one of "my favorites". - Haru's route itself was a great, worth an 8 by default. But the game had other routes too and the difference between them was so big that they seemed sadly cosmetic. I didn't like that, it was like G-Sensou had only one story to tell. - Between the two, I liked Sharin no Kuni better overall. So, I scored it lower than SnK. MAL is blocking certain IP ranges and now I have to connect through proxies. I can't use the website properly because of that. __________ So. This is my VNDB profile: http://vndb.org/u28411 I'll spend a few hours filling it up. I'm currently on a 7th Expansion run. Playing Umineko at the moment. I watched 4-5 anime episodes and put on hold when it got into DEEN-QUALITY territory. But I loved the premise and I knew that it had to be better in it's original VN format. But the art kept me away from the game until now: Someone posted this amazing video of the sequel at /vg/. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgVcXpEj-No It spiked my interest again. That's when I learned about UmiTweaks and started playing it. I'm still at EP1 (out of 4). Voice acting, art, comedy, atmosphere, everything is top notch so far and this is barely the beginning of a story even longer than MLA. |
