I actually knew that I was wrong and that you probably wouldn't like what I was saying but I still wanted to tell you what your ratings looked like to me because I think that is what that thread is about. The reason I participate is to know how people think I judge and evaluate the shows I watch so of course I will do my best to explain how I think they score their own list.
A comment is worthless unless it says something you hadn't thought about. Regarding Hyouka I have had a hard time rating that show, I put it down as a 9 for some time but it somehow didn't feel right to me. I am actually very happy that you thought it was worth a 10 since it is my 6th favorite anime. I realize that we have different opinions and I respect that. Steins;Gate is on a whole different level from Robotics;Notes and Chaos;Head, C;H is older than S;G but it never got any real publicity. I will however concede to the point that S;G is hyped as shit so trying to watch it with high expectations might be hard especially given its slow pacing. I saw it without any real knowledge of what other people thought of it and I just fell in love with the characters. I am pretty sure you would enjoy it if you force yourself to watch it but you really should never force yourself to watch anything no matter what anyone says. Anyways now its my turn to ask forgiveness for a wall of text, I really appreciate your feedback and I hope you didn't take offense to my comment. Edit: fixed typo |

Lol ok I understand now. Higurashi's voice actors did sound a bit wierd especially Satoko's and took me some time getting used to. Clannad, Very true. I almost didnt like that part about it. But then I found out it was based off a visual novel.
Haruhi... She is insane but because of that she is all the more interesting lol. But I can see why she scares you because she scared me a bit especially in the 2009 season. Exactly! All I see in tournaments are stapples in decks. People copy each other as well. I tried not to follow the trend and made an exodia deck (I once pulled out all exodia pieces on my second turn lol). But to no avail, I eventually made a six samurai deck. I miss old school cards -_- And thank you, yours too :) |

Hello, I commented on the thread "Comment on the List of the Member above" about your list. Pretty good list, We share many thoughts.
Just don't give up on Higurashi. The 1st season is effed up and confusing but they're presenting each character's arc. The second season answers all your questions and has a better plot, and gets really intense as well. That's all for now though, feel free to give me feedback if you do check out my thread response ^.^ |

I have no clue ho to respond to that, and I don't want to be rude. I'd say about Mizutani Shizuku would be she's the opposite of a tsudere, she could care less about her partner. What I like about Mizutani was that she kept calm and her reactions weren't over-the-top(example: Her lover hugs another girl, a tsundere would fiip, but she didn't care.) All I can say is Mizutani fell short in one department, when it came time to be romantic she barely managed.

Hey just responding to your comment from the "Comment on the Above users list" thread.
I came into to Angel Beats! with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised it actually had some substance. I enjoyed how it went to the back stories of how the characters got to the school but the more random adventures they had didn't seem to go anywhere. Evangelion took awhile to grow on me. The original series has a few flaws for sure and it isn't the perfect master piece some would have you believe. I was really enjoying the rebuilds until 3.33 which just completely dropped the ball and hopefully the last one can fix things. If you like Psycho Pass you should definitely give Ghost in the Shell a try. While I haven't seen Psycho Pass I hear they're similar. Also thank you for taking time to comment on my list. The last few people put a sentence if that lol, nice to see someone who cares to participate on the forums. |

Just wanted to leave some comments about it here :) For Dragon Ball, I consider it a 10 because I enjoyed it as a kid and I still enjoy it, but Z and everything that comes after is nowhere near the same quality. And Fairy Tail, well I just love it :) Shinsekai yori has grown on me - I watch a lot of anime with my brother (bit awkward at times!) but he isn't really into the anime as much as me so I have to wait for him to watch the rest of it! Just started getting real interesting, too! The score will probably go up if it satisfies my interest :) Vividred is great. The "plot" rocks, badass girls vs massive robots, its great fun and I don't think it takes itself too seriously ;). I'll take a look at your recs too, so thanks! |

yeah rahxephon while has similarites too eva, its very different at its core. It focus more on the characters. Its 1 of my all time favorites,seen it 9 total times(back then i didnt know about much about anime on the internet and my brother had anime series on dvd so thats what i used to watch only).. i can be confusing even after watching it a few times so if you have some questions i will be glad to answer any
