RoV definitely has a story to tell that's for sure. I share Oscar's distaste for court antics and puffery. The weight placed on societal gender roles in this time period is so disgustingly pervasive to the point I sort of want to gag. Andre is a bro though. I enjoy history, though I never spent much time reading about the French Revolution. Did you know they actually tried to start up a new way to count time passing (60 seconds wasn't a minute anymore, etc), and ditching the Roman calender entirely? |
