Question (please pm me)

I'm planning on getting the Spice and Wolf DvD/Blu ray combo (limited edition).
However, I heard a while back, if you get it, you also get limited edition coins with it. Is this still true if I order from like playasia?

Yea I know that but I find that a little annoying since I can't say which volumes and stuff I have, only how many and for some I have it on more than one type of media.

@Fire-Dragon, easily keeping track of my anime collection is one of the things I use MAL for... you can specify what you own under the 'Storage' option when updating your list.

Does anyone know any good sites that allow you to easily keep track of your anime collection?

I've seen a couple but none that I've really liked much and they seem hard to find.

Well, the latest news is that CR is getting involved with it, and CR knows their shit, so it seems like legal digital manga is on it's way sooner rather than later.

I think that manga DL-to-own is a good idea.
Or at least a high quality online version.

It would be great as volumes are coming out, but I do like buying books as well for stuff that's already out... ^__^

Wow, this has been active while I've been away...

I'll try to drop in more often. ^~^

So, anyone else have thoughts on Open Manga? I think it'll be great, provided they are able to update what series they have in a timely manner.

At the very least, we knew simuliscanning of manga was coming, after the simulicasting of anime succeeded.

Glad to be a part of the club... Even though it seems pretty desolate >_>

Though after having the news in regards to Bang Zoom! I thought I'd join... It's a shame really, but from what I was informed Bang Zoom had many financial problems prior to this year.....

Though with Funimation's recent S.A.V.E editions, I see no reason as to why others should have to complain about DVD's being steep on price, as i'll gladly be picking up Air TV for $20 when it's released in May.

Hey all, new here... awesome club!

Fire-Dragon | Dec 10, 2009 10:57 AM
ok, thankyou.

phifedawg | Dec 9, 2009 10:47 PM
yes theyre very reliable but theyre not always that cheap. if something has no region protection it should work on any player. but DVDs are pretty much always region locked unless theyre bootlegs. as for console games it depends which console youre talking about.

Fire-Dragon | Dec 8, 2009 9:54 PM
I was wondering if anyone here has bought anything from Play-asia?
If so, would you say their reliable?
And this is probably a dumb question but the games/dvds etc. with no region protection will work on any console/dvd player?

Seasonreaper | Oct 19, 2009 5:12 PM
If you head over to the figures club there's links in there to a ton of trusted companies =). Chances are at least one of them will have it if anywhere has them in stock.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a good play to buy some Gantz figurines, any good site? Suggestions?

TrIfOrCeShAdOwS | Aug 16, 2009 9:57 AM
