Brand-spankin' news on drama CD 4!As with last time, both a normal and special edition version of the volume will be available. HOWEVER! The special edition volume will come with all sorts of exclusive bonuses. Here's the run-down: 1. Special-edition ONLY version of the cover for vol 4 (so if you want the normal edition, you'll need to buy both the regular and special edition. Masterful move, Kodansha. Scary part is, I guarantee both will sell - this series is like HOTCAKES.) 2. New art for the CD case 3. Aki & Jin postcard (Here's a sneak peek!) As with the previous CD, the first half will be a recreation of the events in the manga (specifically volume 3, in this case), while the second will be a comedy sketch. The cast is as follows: Isuka Bernstein: Kouji Yusa (Ichimaru Gin in Bleach, Sanosuke Harada in Hakuoki, Eishi Sasazuka in Majin Tantei Nogami Neuro [YES YES YES YES YESSSSS]) Hitaki Miyajima: Kazuya Nakai (Hijikata Toshirou in Gintama, Roronoa Zoro in One Piece, Mugen in Samurai Champloo, Date Masamune in Sengoku Basura) Eve Tsubaki'in: Haruka Tomatsu (Princess Gruier Serenity in Bodacious Space Pirates, Seven in Carnival Phantasm [that's for you, Melly =D], Nagi in Kannagi, Hiteihime in Katanagatari) Baron: Juurouta Kosugi (Akio in Revolutionary Girl Utena, Joseph AKA King Uselss in Zero no Tsukaima season 3+4) It looks like the trend of using moe-moe voice actresses will be a continuing thing in this series. Well... Okay, I guess. Casting Kosugi as the Baron is a stroke of genius though, I have to say. Other than that, all other actors will be reprising their roles from the first CD. (YES YES YES I can't get enough of Ishida Akira's Swallow. I KEEP HEARING XELLOSS BUT IT FEELS SO RIGHT.) |
