@Crusader_8: The funny thing abut Yunta's Puking Running Gag is that it's in a different colour every time: pink vomit, green vomit, yellow vomit... seems to depend on what he ate last :-D

I liked Ryuuji's obsession with DNA early on in the series. The sad irony (and ultimately the funnniest thing about the show) was that he was correct in blaming Junta's ability on his DNA.

Wait, second funniest thing about the show - a man that profusely vomits pink junk.

Yeah, this anime was one of my favourites :)
And it was also the one who made me a fan of l'arc x)
I loved the anime so much that I had to read the manga and rewatch the anime several times ^^
