About Rua (龍亞) and Ruka (龍可)

Rua and Ruka are two twins who live in the Tops Area. Rua is the oldest of the twins, who is very loud and always cries after a duel. Ruka, his younger sister, is the calmer, more mature if you will, one, who always collapses after a duel, hence why she doesn't duel much. She also seems to have the ability to connect with the Duel Monsters World. She also, unlike her brother, is a Signer.

They discover Yusei and bring him into their house. Rua and Ruka are first concerned about him, seeing the prisoner's marker on his cheek, but Ruka and Rua are convinced that he is a nice person, after Ruka communicates with the spirits of Yusei's deck.

Since then, they both love to be around Yusei. They also tend to make fun of fate quite often.

And can someone tell me why this fanclub wasn't made sooner? D:

But seriously. That duel was epic. And I'm actually starting to like Rua now. He should be more serious often. xP Not that his humor isn't appreciated though.
